Decided to order lunch and looked up the lunch menu. I saw the soup and salad and ordered. Nowhere on the menu does it say that the lunch soup is different from the regular soup order. This was the worst tortilla soup I’ve ever had it was broth w chicken fajita cuts w tomato and peppers. I called but they said the lunch portion don’t come with cheese and tortilla strips and I’m guessing corn either. The to go host didn’t offer to make it right since I was obviously not happy with our lunch. Worse $24 bucks we spentAfter not being helped over the phone I went in and spoke with manager he refunded my money and apologized for the wrong info as the soup did come with the extra toppings. I appreciate his customer service.
I love it here. Complimentary charro beans before your meal are some of the best I've ever had. The table side guacamole is a meal in itself. The fajitas are delicious & my absolute favorite thing to get every time is the Shrimp & Rice stew which is basically gumbo with cheese. The flavors & everything in it are-dare I say-better than that of some of the popular seafood & Cajun restaurants around. The shrimp campechana is also one of our favorite things to order. In addition to the delicious food, the service is always above & beyond.
Notoriously slow. For any online order, add 20 minutes to the scheduled time. I think the strategy is to call saying you are there then leave for the restaurant. That way it might be ready upon arrival. If any other place made vegetarian fajitas, I would never again have to visit this restaurant. The food is just not worth it for me.
This place is excellent. Service, Food & Cold Beer.
I’ve been passing back-and-forth by the Lupe Tortilla restaurant for months on 1960. Every time I pass by no matter if it’s lunch, afternoon or night the parking lot seems nearly full. Given the enormous amount of Tex-Mex restaurants in this area I figured the popularity had to be driven by either free liquor or absolutely cheap food. So instead of speculating, I decided to go in and try. The decor is very upbeat and entertaining. We found the menu to be as broad-based as any Tex-Mex restaurant in this area. I tried the combination plate that included a little bit of everything and I found all of it delicious. The beef enchilada was rich and delicious, The tamale was flavorful with real meat inside. The rice was surprisingly moist. Can’t recall having rice where it was so moist and almost begged to be eaten by itself. Ultimately the prices are a little higher than in the past but that is the post Covid world we live in. I found the experience worth coming back again. Now I think I better understand why there’s always a crowd in the parking lot.
This is the first time I actually write a review on a place but I cannot stay quiet. The food here is not cooked right . The chilaquiles were basically 5 day old chips and we’re tough to chew almost rubbery. The potatoes were really soggy and the salad bowl had a big amount of water sitting at the bottom along with again soggy and weirdly cooked food . I’d like to believe it was a fluke and maybe the food was a bit past expired and management failed to catch that. The service on the other hand is great , our waiter was very friendly and fast paced with taking our order so no complains there but again I’d like to believe it was a fluke.
Super busy on a Friday night. Luckily we got a spot at the bar and had good service and even better food! My skinny margarita was great and hubby's beer tasted fresh!
Best fajitas fajitas hands down. Their chips and salsa is pretty great too. Love this place. It’s a little pricey, but the food’s worth it.

I went to place a to go order. Between the person on the phone taking my order and telling me five times to hold on and in the conversation calling a employee a liar I had enough. I told him I wasn’t interested anymore. We use to eat here 3 times a week but find better service elsewhere. That’s poor customer service at least mute me.
