The #1 was a #1! The Fish, fries and hush puppies were all fried perfectly.The wait at the Drive thru was extreme. I was one of 4 cars parked on the side waiting for our meals. I recommend more cooks on hand for a busy day, like Sunday.Sweet staff!Long John Silver has made a Comeback in a major way! More customers equals more staff. See y'all Sunday?
I had ordered a 16 piece mixed chicken and fish family meal extra crispy with coleslaw and fries as the side order.They gave me 4 tarter sauce that was only full about a fourth and I am feeding 6 people. I live about 20 minutes away. When I got home, I didn't even have my coleslaw. I have been calling the store for about an hour and no one picked up the phone. I picked up the food around 4:45pm to feed my family before I go to work at 7pm. I can't go pick up the coleslaw because I have to get ready for work and I was calling to see if I can get it tomorrow. I am honestly really upset at the fact they don't answer the phone. I understand fast food places get orders wrong sometimes, but not answering a phone is a real pet peeve of mine.
The staff was quick to take orders, but I hate repeating myself after I have ordered and paid.. its like what's the point of having it on the computer screen if they are just going to ask me again after I have placed my order, what my 2 sides are.. the dinning area was clean. The service was discent in getting my order after paying it took about 10 minutes. The food tasted ok. It's Not their fault I took too a long to get home and eat and it got cold. Maybe next time I should eat there so it will be warm. But the hush puppies still tasted good cold. The coleslaw was the only thing that was completely unacceptable. It tasted old, and sour.
If you love Series The Deadliest Catch you Can not beat LJS light, golden, crust outside Alaskan fish and chips. Yum.Come try fish, shrimp etc..out of the same Seas (The Bering Sea )Its a clean fish for women whom don't care for fishy. Normally, I actually like long John's silver. It is "fast food" fish, basically. Today, though, it was awful! The fish was undercooked and, obviously, in old oil. The texture and taste were so bad I didn't even finish one piece. The fires and hush puppies had the same bad oil flavor. My husband and son agreed. We did feed a piece to our cat. He liked it.The 2 stars are because: clean eating area, relatively nice and patient staff, and good iced tea.
Food was, well long johns...the employees can't get the condiments right. I ordered 8 fish planks and they gave me 2 tarter sauce packets. I had another trip to town so I bought an order of shrimp and explained they didn't give me much, well would you believe I got tarter sauce but not one bit of cocktail sauce for more newly purchased shrimp!
Extremely friendly staff who did not make my Momma or I feel rushed. We shared the #12 platter and ordered drinks. Plenty of food and sides and they tasted delicious

Food was good. Recommend going thru drive thru because the inside was pretty dirty on our visit.Food was hot and tasty and service was fast and polite.
This location still operating after the 10 years we’ve been away. However, the food has taken in a whole different life. One word describes it...greasy. I did enjoy the coleslaw, which was not.
