You are going to wait 7 minutes for anything, and it will always be from someone who seems like they don't want to be there. I waited 20 minutes for one pizza and when I got it, it was so bad I didn't even want it. I love little caesars and this one is terrible. Just my experience in the last 2 years. 2 liters are not refrigerated.
Just stopped by at 9. The drive through had a few cars so I decided to go into the lobby. The lobby closes at 10pm according to the signs but it was locked already. Then I tried to call the store and nobody even answered the phone. Smh
Little Ceasar's Pizza is probably the worst pizza place out of all of the pizza places on Earth.Most of the other 1-star reviews are people that hate children unfairly instead of the actual pizza being bad, but I am still giving it 1 star.
Always a bad experience. Can't even open the store on time. Placed my order at 10am to pick up at 10:45 to be at my son's school by 11 and pizza not ready at 10:45 told the oven needs to warm up wasn't turned on until 10:30 pizza won't be ready until after 11 ridiculous. I know they get here earlier then 10:30 and turn the ovens on as soon. As they get in!!! ?????
Rude, worst service ever. I went on my lunch break, was given a old stale pizza. Called to complain and they told me to bring it back. Got there and mgr refused to take it back orale me another pizza. They know damn well they gave me an old pizza!!
They do so much business with the hot & ready pizza concept that they're not enough employees to meet the demand. Great service though short staff. I applaud you!
Dudes were hiding behind the counter playing with their cell phones ? they saw me though in the drive thru. Smh. So I went inside to ask is your drive thru broken lol
There were some teenage girls+ boy in the back laughing at the fact that I already paid for the crazy bread that they claim they “didn’t have”. The girl who refunded me had a nasty attitude, and the one who took my order didn’t even count my change correctly. I can see why everyone hates this location. Do me a favor and hire people that actually want to do their job. Their attitudes were uncalled for.
Not the worst definitely not the best. For the most part staff is friendly but barely old enough to take an order seriously. Like I said not the worst but definitely not the best.
One of many customers That Paid and Waited an hour because I was told it was 10 minutes and still left with no pizza. Very understaffed and poor management
