Very Poor....It takes them 20 minutes to ask you what you'd like to order.7 yrs ago, this use to be a Great Lenny's, but since new Management took over, you're better off going elsewhere.
Really enjoyed myself, will be back very soon. Would give more stars but only able to do 5. Thanks for the amazing experience.

I went in paid 10.00 which is not the problem but I paid for extra cheese mayo didn't get that but to add insult to injury no meat. This is sad!! No I didn't finish it nothing but bread!!!
Ordered online through grubhub philly cheese steak meal/combo...no cheese on sandwiches too much hot relish, no chips nor drinks which was ordered.....if you cant do your job correctly or u dont want to work then quit dont jack up someones order cause u dont want to be there...i wont be wasting my money with lennys nor grubhub again.. Terrible,terrible,terrible service from this location

I had the ham and cheese sub. The meat was in the correct proportion. The bread was fresh. Overall quite good. A step up from places like Subway.
Put in an online order yesterday for sandwiches. Drove across town to pick up. Chairs were on the tables, lights were off as well as the open sign so assumed they were closed for New Year. Went back today to ask about the order and was told they WERE open but they trashed the order since I didn’t show up. I never got a phone call or anything. I asked about a refund and was told by the worker I had to ask Olo about it since it was on online order. Went to that website were it literally says to talk to the restaurants for your refund. I then asked if it could be remade since I paid for it and they didn’t keep it and was told they couldn’t do it since they couldn’t reach the manager so I had to pay again to get the food.Food was good but I won’t be back if this can’t be rectified
