The reason owners do not ever change the behavior of the rude employees is because a darker agenda. They want you to use the app to order and pay. Why? So they don’t have to hire so many employees. And the global push for no longer using currency. Look at Walmart now vs 8 years ago. Notice now how only a few of those machines take cash? The gov wants to be able to track their tax money. Come on. A nationwide shortage of change. Really? When you act up and try to revolt they will be able to turn your money off with the push of a button.

Not sure what was going on today at KFC the chicken I received but it's not dark and golden for crispy. The batter was very loose and greasy and the chicken was under cooked. I told the manager she gave me some more chicken to replace but I had and it still was just the same. I walked out and she was trying to give me some more chicken I didn't want to risk getting sick

Waited in line for what felt like forever and once I came up to the window, they told me to pull around to the front. I waited and waited patiently until I heard my order being called out and the guy who was parked next to me rolled down their window and zoomed off with my order. This older guy who works there asked me what I was waiting on and once he realized he gave my order to the wrong person, he quickly went back inside and then proceeded to tell me that they were all out of my initial order. I am shocked that they couldn’t manage to get an order right. Never again will I come here.

Picked up lunch on my way home from an appointment. We have a bigger family of 6 and that always makes me nervous when picking up food because they almost always forget something. I ended up ordering the largest order of chicken tenders and 4 sides and the smallest order of chicken tenders with 2 additional sides. The lady at the window was very friendly and offered to give me an assortment of sauces to try. Their kfc sauce is amazing btw! I did have to pull around to wait for about 10 minutes for my order but that was expected. The food was hot, and crispy and tasted amazing.I would drive there again from the oaks!

I hadn't eaten KFC in years.. probably 5+ years and I gotta say you guys won me back. Don't be so stingy with the gravy next time though, I gotta be able to dip that chicken in it ?

Food is good but the lady in charge there has an attitude like if no other employee can do a better job than her. Other employees could be taking my order and she'll take over like if there unable of doing the job. She's very rude. I even asked an employee and he agreed she's a problem. This place can be a much better experience without this lady.

Today I was grateful for being raised to believe in giving those who wrong me, a 2nd chance ??. Last week I went to the KFC on Cypress Creek Pkwy, and ordered 12 Hot Wings. I told the female cashier that was taking my order (in the lobby) that I wanted fresh food {because I've had stomach surgery, and it hurts my stomach to try to process old/cold food}. She assured me it was fresh BUT it wasn't ! Half was semi fresh the other half was a whole nother earlier shift old ! ! ! I was livid ,I had just finished working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. And I drove another 15 minutes out of my way for the product ? . Against my better judgment I went there again today. And well the 2nd time was a charm. . . . Today a pretty, soft spoken young lady named "JAI" listened to my concerns about buying old product. She then assured me it would be fresh as I asked. And she delivered ❤! After taking my order at the counter Jai put on food handler's glove,went to the prep line area. And she personally cooked my food fresh herself ! Her AWESOME customer service was very refreshing, considering my prior experience. I hope her superiors bless her with a raise or promotion soon. Thank You Jai for caring about your customers . . . . YOU ROCK young lady ? ! ! ! ! ! !

I had family tragedy so all my family was going to be together. So I offered to get KFC, it was conveniently on the way. I received a message that it was ready to be picked up. I arrived at the location was not greet properly but someone in the back yelled out. Then no one said anything else to me. Saw about five cars order through the drive thru and get their food and leave then I say ok I’m here to pick my order. The lady says, “who are you pick it up for Uber eats.” I replied back to her no and my name. Then she said ok and it will be out shortly. I mention to her that it said it was already to be picked up. Then I was upset cuz no one else was helping her. One person washing dishes and the other person texting. Then I’m like ok o spent 100 (91.95 to be exact) on this order and this is the service I received. Then once the order was ready 30 mins after the time it stated. Then I asked for more sauce she tell me I have to charge. I even paid for the extras sauce. Then I received my order and I’m missing the plates, Macaroni was cold and chicken was saugy and impossible meat was over cook. Sauce that I was charged for damaged cuz she threw it in the bag!!!!

Courteous employees but their dining area needed cleaning probably cause they need employees. So all you job seekers go apply,!

I went to Kentucky about 2 weeks ago and it was a very bad experience. I got a two-piece with a mashed potatoes and a biscuit first of all they forgot my cookie cuz the meal comes with two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, drink, and a cookie. So they forgot my cookie and then when I went to eat the biscuit literally it was hard as a rock I could have thrown that biscuit at somebody and seriously harmed or kill them. I was very upset about the biscuit but I had already left so yes this was the first time and this has ever happened and I do go to KFC often
