I “used” to be a loyal customer here however I placed an order online and unfortunately I made the mistake and did not customize my sandwiches correctly. I contacted the store and spoke with Megan who at first volunteer to correct the sandwiches for me BUT after she put me only for 14 minutes she came back to the phone and indicated that the “Manager Gavin” said NO. Since the error was on my part they couldn’t make the sandwiches correctly. The reason I’m posting this is because I could have lied and told her that the error was on their fault but it wasn’t and got brand new sandwiches or a credit but all I wanted was for the ones I ordered be made correctly. If you plan on ordering online please triple check your orders because they will not. Sadly this location has lost a loyal customer because of your Manager Gavin.
First time ever at a JJ's. The place was clean and the service was fast. We all ordered cold italian subs. They subs were good. The young man serving us was very friendly and made sure we had extra napkins as we ate. The extra star is for his customer service.
Placed an order for pickup and selected cash for payment. Presented $50 for payment and it was refused. Unfortunately that was the only form of payment I had. The associates response and attitude was rude and inconsiderate. Rather than explaining where the I could find this payment notice and asking a supervisor if they could accept she simply said I’m not getting in trouble and asked a fellow associate how to cancel the order. Then she asks if I am going to come back? No I won’t be coming back again
White guy thats was working there seemed bothered as soon as I walked in, no welcome, no nothing, he looked like he was ready to go home, barely want it to help me out with my order. (It was my first time there) he just seems plain annoyed. Place looked empty, I got my sandwich. Got to my car, opened my sandwich and the bread was so hard. I took 3 bites, my jaw was hurting, no lie. I didn’t wanna go back in. I didn’t wanna bother that one dude. So I left and went somewhere else.
