As you have read my other post, you will see that I never try to slam and establishment. However, this is a first for a restaurant. I went to Jack in The box off of 1960 by the HEB in Kroger to order a meal. When I received my order for a jumbo Jack with cheese and two tacos, there was no cheese on my tacos nor my jumbo jack with cheese that I ordered and paid for with cheese! Also, there was no taco sauce on the tacos and they told me that they didn't have any available in the entire establishment. This will be the last time I visit this establishment. I have had a few other issues in the past but this was the nail in the coffin.
March 22, 2022. Been going the past 2 nights and no signs or any one taking orders at the drive thru. Why do they have 24 hours posted but yet they’re clearly not open 24 hours. Very frustrating should just shut down if y’all can’t find people to work. seriously!
Do not like it they soda water machine is so dirty look like nobody haven't cleaned it yet so I couldn't get my drink cuz soda water machine was so filthy
7pm on a rainy Monday night and they got the dining area closed and locked. Made to stand in the rain to order a sandwich. RIDICULOUS!!!
They always closed past 9 or 10...They ain't 24 hrs and yet keep lights on... What y'all doin?
This store cant open on time.Last Monday and Tuesday. 15 minutes pass 6am . Store still closed. So as today and yesterday.Might as well put up a big sign on the street saying we r closed please go to the Donut next door for all your breakfast needs!
Closed again around 10pm, seems like employees chose their hours here…I don’t see anyone at all in the register every night, isn’t this location supposed to be 24 hours ?
Ordered through the app which said the drive thru was the only thing open which I was fine with to get my food since you know Jack in the box is "supposedly" 24 hrs. Get there and a sign is on the voice box written in marker closed for the night. So now I gotta come back whenever they open (store hours aren't reliable to gauge when to come by) to get a refund. The owner keeps answering to similar reviews to mine but obviously nothing has changed. Shame cause this Jack has unreliable hours and the next closes one their staff were stealing credit card info. Both this one and the one passing 59 towards Atascocita are garbage locations.
Waited over an hour for food then they forgot my lava cake and had to wait another 30 minutes food was cold fried where not cooked properly terrible service lady said she’s bit a manager but a team leader need to teach this whole establishment how to run a business ASAP never coming here again
