Went to the JITB off Will Clayton, waited in a long drive thru line only to be told they aren't taking orders. So I came to this location, there was a long line but it moved along quickly. The gentleman at the drive thru window was polite & McDonald's needs to take some notes bc it's midnight & I just successfully ordered a vanilla ice cream shake!
Food was good and fresh. Quick service and nice cashier. Clean and tidy dining area
Restrooms need to be checked more often, no toilet paper and are just a mess period. You don't expect a well know fast food restaurant to have their restrooms like that.
The best drive thru in Humble. Great service with accurate orders and good food. This is the best Jack In the Box on the Humble area.
came here the other night just order some drinks i ask the old lady she mostly work there midnight she was very rude everyday i ask if she add eggroll on my order she told me she can't do that there's a timer like wdf she tells me to go around and order again there wasn't even a car behind me i went around to check i hope she gets fired very rude and she always give me second for almost 20 min.
The facility was clean, I was helped right away, my food was hot and the sandwich was great.
The drive thru line was long but quick. The food was still hot by the time I got home. The order was correct and the food was tasty.
I went to this location they didn’t give me my order right I am missing half of my food that I order I tried calling and no one answers it just rings and then it beeps worst place ever
Like their fried peppers....best anywhere! Also you can get breakfast anytime!
