I live right down the street from this place. I don’t know who manages this place at night but no one cares to work there. If it’s after 8pm they give so many excuses to not have anything available…I’ve heard they only take cash so many times… they are out of patties, they have a leak on the grill, the shake machine takes too long to clean so they stop making shakes by 8….and so many more. Hi If someone took the time to check the sales at night they will notice something is going on here. If your going to get food make sure it’s in the day otherwise they’ll give you an excuse!

They were open late and friendly. They were out of a lot of ingredients, but the food was still good. Wish they were better stocked.

Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Drive thru was busy but quick.

Ordered a chicken club salad with ranch through Uber Eats. Salad arrived with no chicken and balsamic dressing instead of ranch. At least my boyfriend's food was correct, I guess.

Went through drive- thru. They got my order wrong, order was a 2 for 5 jumbo jack. Also ordered fish sandwich and didn't get it, but received a chicken sandwich in place of fish sandwich. Food was cold also. Didn't receive a receipt. This is why I hate fast food restaurants. Tried to call no answer.

It says 24 hours but they’re not. Tonight I tried ordering thru the drive thru but the employee told me they were only accepting doordash and mobile orders. When I said I’d order through the app the cashier told me that actually no, he was just informed they were about to close down and go home…strangest thing.

This location has always been good, get through the drive thru quickly and the food tastes fresh.

There’s Sprite is always dark colored. It might be the Coke mixed in but It just always look so dirty. It always seems like nobody wants to work there but the food is edible…

The incompetence of the manager that was there. He had me order my food and then sees me take my card out and then informs me as I'm about to pay, " we aren't taking any cards only cash."You mean to say I order all that food, only for you to tell me that I can't pay for said food because your card system is down.THEN WHY DID YOU HAVE ME GO THROUGH ALL THIS JUST TO TELL ME LAST MINUTE I CANT PAY WITH MY CARD.THIS IS SERISOULY THE LAST CHANCE I WAS GIVING THIS PLACE. It is absolutely unprofessional to wait until tul the customer is about to pay to then inform them of system problems.ABSOLUTELY WORSE

My husband ordered through the app last night and it showed that it was open until 2am(drive thru). We went to pick it up and it was a ghost town! Noone was there at all! My husband just went back to try to get our food that we were supposed to get last night, no food and no help. We weren’t offered a refund or simply our doggone food!??‍♀️
