Italliano's is just as good today as it was 10 years ago. It is the go to place in Humble. I'll hear someone need to get picked up from the airport or dropped off, looks like we're heading to Italiano's! The Veal Parmesan is my favorite! However, they also have a wide variety of items to choose from. Susy, Al, and the rest of the crew always do a great job. I can't wait until my next airport run.
Great n Friendly wait staff, Delicious Food and Tasty beverages. The Spaghetti n Meatballs was Delicious with a lot of flavor. Hope to return again soon.
First time bringing hubby here and he loved it. We went on a slow day so food was at our table in no time.

Hello, I am more than just a random person but rather someone that has been in the restaurant industry at a managerial level for a significant number of years so as to categorize. That having been said, these comments apply solely to the Humble, TX location wherein my in-person dining experience included the rolling out of a barrel of trash through the dining area as a vestige of appreciation for my patronage. My subsequent conversation with management was far from satisfactory; that not withstanding a possible health care violation. I have NEVER dined in-house since then despite the fact that when I did, I rewarded a waiter of significant magnificence the largest tip I have ever given. This having been said, i rely upon the reviewer's interpretation with regard to bias. I am writing today solely on the quality of the food having lived in New Jersey AND the degradation of my culinary experience in my 3 years having frequented this establishment. NO DENIAL...we all go there for the rolls. In the aforementioned experience, that was exactly re-stated by the manager with whom I spoke, "You're going to miss the rolls!". Despite their excellence, that is not my primary reason for my dining. This was the impetus leading me to expatriate this establishment in person. It is also why I still frequent for to-go ONLY. My most recent order...Veal Marsala was undercooked. As were the mushrooms that, while prevalent, were not permitted the additional time to correctly enjoin themselves and offer true authenticity to the dish. Please remove the phrase "Italian" from name. Let's call this more Italian fast food for those less educated in the nuances that dedicate themselves to the realization of that extraordinary cuisine. CAVEAT: The employees are exemplary AND I am but ONE person. I just want you to realize if you are thinking, "Is it just me?"; it really is NOT.
My very first time there. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! Great atmosphere, with nice courteous staff serving the customers. I'll go back again.
Let me just say this about Italiano's: We found this place by accident 4/23/2014 and dined here at least once a week until we moved 110 miles away. Now we dine here as often as we possibly can or if I am in the area I will stop in, place an order and wait to take it home. This place has excellent menu items (I will eat Shrimp Scampi ONLY from here) and go above and beyond with the managers and service team members, frequently covering for one another... No one is too busy to help the other, even if they're all very busy. I adore Italiano's. Never ever have I considered complaining about anything there and my husband makes certain to reward the waitstaff for their time, kindness and teamwork. By the way, start your meal with some stuffed mushrooms and bread knots, if you're a fan of mushroom you will love these the best!!! Second, have the salad, it's great with the house dressing, and third, if you just can't decide on which meal, go for the Trio or Shrimp Scampi, both are excellent choices. Happy dining!
We had the best server ever today. I'm so sorry I didn't remember her name. But she was so AMAZING! She was training a new person and just so excited about everything! Had fantastic recommendations (try the housemate vinaigrette with their homemade garlic knots! It's the tops!!) I've never had such superior service and I will be back to try more of their delicious food! I had the penne pasta and chicken in vodka sauce, and my friend had the soup and antipasto salad. All great!
