I love Imperial China! Their food is so good. I love their beef and broccoli and noodles. They have big portions. I recently had to lay off sodium so I ordered the healthy veggies and chicken and veggies and beef. The meat was so tender with just enough flavor for a satisfying meal. We always order take out from there when we're craving Chinese food. ?
Excellent food at reasonable prices with great service. We have been visiting this restaurant for years and though COVID had made dining in a bit of a challenge, the food and service remained consistently great throughout. We have tried many items since we started eating here years ago and everything we tried is delicious. Glad that they were able to stay in business during these challenging times.
Excellent delivery service. Very prompt. Food was hot, fresh and made to order. One of my favorite choices. My menu, which I have had for years, is a little worse for wear, but I tried to take clear pictures to show the variety.
I've been going here for 8 years. About a year ago stuff started to taste different and not as good. Used to be 20 min divery time max. Today was the last straw. 2 hours for delivery , multiple calls. The food was not only cold but tasted disgusting. Dish that I got wasn't the same at all and it is egg Foo young...not much to it. Will NEVER get food from here again.
So, I went back and fourth with myself tonight, trying to determine what I wanted to eat for dinner. After going online and searching a few restaurants in the area, I decided to try Imperial China Cafe…. I looked at the reviews and seen a good mixture of comments, but for the most part everyone seemed to like this place. Knowing it is soooooooo hard to find really good Chinese food, I said I’ll give them a try. I ordered over the phone and it was ready within 15 minutes. After arriving I noticed a young and very very very respectful black guy working the register. This caught me by surprise because I’ve never in my life seen a black guy working the register in any Chinese establishment (I’m a black guy as well). The young guy greeted me, asked me about my day, called me sir, and most importantly wished me a Happy New Year. I got back into my truck and told my husband about how nice this guy was. That was the first plus. Well, fast forward to getting home, I dove into the chicken first, egg rolls second, and finally the best noodles ever!!!!!! This place really gave me what I wanted and more. I can’t speak for everyone else, but I’d recommend anyone to this Imperial China Cafe. I actually texted a friend who lives up the street so that he and his wife would give this place a try.Thanks for the excellent meal, and the very professional service!!! I will be back over and over and over again!!!!
Disappointing experience. Item ordered was missed by employee that answered phone. When order was delivered, I called back to request missing item, which was not on the receipt and I fully expected to pay for, I spoke with another employee who was more than accommodating and willing to deliver missing item to complete our daughter’s meal. Within minutes I received call back from the second employee that I spoke with and he stayed the his boss refused to deliver missing item. We are new to the area and were referred by our neighbor, this was our first order. When I make a mistake, I admit I’ve made a mistake. It’s unfortunate that Imperial China Cafe was not willing to correct theirs, we will not order from here again. THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTING.
Super unprofessional. Not greeted upon entry, chairs are blocking off the cashier like they don’t want you to walk past it. Apple Pay is promised, but doesn’t work and a lot of joking around going on 1/4 at 9:30PM. An employee laughed in my face when Apple Pay wasn’t working. Very disappointed in the service, myself and another customer were utterly confused.
They gave my order I paid for to another customer. Gave them another chance and they delivered our take out to another home.
I've been coming here for years and no other places I've tried taste as good as this one here. If you're trying to find a new place to try or are craving some really good Chinese food, THIS IS THE PLACE. I also seen that they've made sure that social distancing is a priority since the pandemic started, so thank you for that too.
Just went for shrimp fried rice. Wasn't the best but it was fine. Not really any veggies in the rice like expected
