The worst service from the wait staff to management. I ordered the breakfast sampler and the bacon was cold and looked and tasted like it had been leftover or cooked in the microwave. I asked the waitress if the bacon was cooked in the microwave and she said no it was cooked on the grill. I told her that it tasted like it wasn't freshly cooked. She offered to get me some more bacon, and she took the bacon back and asked for another order. When she return back with what should have been freshly cooked bacon it looked like she brought the same bacon back. I asked her if it was the same bacon because that was not freshly cooked. She told (lied)me that it had just come off the grill. I looked at it again and I responded that it had not just come off the grill. I even touched the bacon and it was cold. Then the manager came over and asked what was the problem with the bacon and I explained. He said that he would credited me back for the bacon and he would get me some more. I responded that I just wanted some freshly cooked bacon. Another waitress came over with the bill and said that the manager gave me $2.99 off my bill for the bacon. I asked her where was the freshly cooked bacon and she walked off. After waiting I asked for the manager again and he came over. I asked where was my bacon and he stated that I said that I didn't want the bacon. My daughter corrected him and said no she said that she wanted freshly cooked bacon. The manager stated then that he would just take care if the bill since that's what this situation seemed to be about. Now how's that for customer service. Not once did I say that I wanted my money back. All I asked for was freshly cooked bacon. I don't generally write reviews but given this situation I believe that a review was warranted. Customer service is at an all time low while prices continue to increase. My breakfast was $12.89 in which I had no problem with paying, but I refuse to pay for food that's not freshly cooked. It's really sad that a restaurant such as IHOP would find this type of service to be acceptable when all was needed to resolve the matter was satisfy your customer with freshly cooked food. There was no need for the lies or insults. By the way did I mention the waitress never came back to the table. How interesting? ? I advise all consumers to check your food and make sure it's freshly cooked.
Restaurant needs a good cleaning. IHop serves coffee in baby cup's, maybe 6 ozs. Hard to hold for bigger hands. Gone are the caraffes for coffee at the table. Menu has changed and not for the better in my opinion, prices are higher selection of foods are not as rich. Some of these changes are corporate, but the overall cleaning is a local job.
Service was great. We had a large group and the server was promp and understanding. Food was delicious and affordable considering there were 10 of us.
More like poor service or no service. I had to ask for the rest of my food I ordered, had to ask for refills. Sat everyone in the same area of the restaurant, so it was so noisy everyone was talking louder which made it more noisy. I will not ever go back to this location, maybe not even go back to IHOP at all. Overall poor experience and high priced for the portion I got. I would give them maybe a 2 out of 5 stars ⭐️.
So my son wanted to have dinner here for his birthday. We were seated quickly because it wasn't busy. The waiter asks while taking our drink order if we're ready to order our food. Um, no...just sat down 30 sec ago. We look at the menu and notice half the stuff on there is new and it's missing a lot of items as well. Then he comes back and asks if we're ready to order (about 2 min after the first time). Again we tell him not yet. We get the kids selections figured out and then here comes the waiter...again. Are you ready to order yet? We're talking 5 min max from the moment we were seated. Having worked in the food industry, hell I started waitressing at I-Hop at 15, I knew exactly what he was doing. Hurry up and get the people with the kids out and make way for another group. So annoyed, I pick something I wasn't really feeling but had ordered it plenty of times before so whatever. Except when it comes, it's missing a very key element. So, uneaten, I set the plate at the edge of the table. The unspoken sign of "You can take the plate." He ignores it. Comes and refills drinks, takes other plates, etc but pointedly ignores the plate there. Not once did he ask "Was your food ok?" or "I see you didn't eat your main entree, was something wrong?" Nope, he just ignores it. About halfway through the meal he comes and asks if we want to-go boxes. 3 out of 4 of us are still eating our food! Needless to say, he didn't get a tip and we won't be returning. Oh and they did absolutely nothing for my 8 year old's birthday. I-Hop used to be so much better.
Went for a late meal. Employees were nice. As we waited on our food we say a roach crawling across the bench seats. We informed our server and left. We will never eat there again.
I was food poisoned last night and had to miss work today. Apparently they rarely make eggs benedict so quite possibly the ingredients were spoiled.
I did curbside to go. Food was ready a few minutes after estimated time it would be ready. Still hot when I got home. No complaints.
We had breakfast this morning and it was very disappointing. All the food was cold. Complained to waitress and food was not replaced. Gave one of us a $1 refund and friend was charged total amount. Waitress said he didn’t get a refund because he didn’t complain to her. Waitress was also cold to us. We had been regulars for several years. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.
The food was relatively good. The fried cheese sticks were perfect and the rest was pretty good. Waitress did her best and I can't complain. Busy, as at were lunchtime, but decent atmosphere. The booth did have crumbs all over it which I didn't prefer. Overall, not bad to good.
