Food is good...staff are not great. They get the job done but after that they are not going to win an award
This chicken was undercooked, I took it to the front guy was nice brought me another one and check on me again but, I didn’t eat it it was still red inside and smelled funny. He promised it was done but, I didn’t eat it. That was a $8 loss for me won’t go there again.
Fresh food, COVID-19 protocol is strictly enforced and very clean establishment.

Horrible place, I seen the guy working in there put uneaten food off plate back on buffet. Very rude when questioned about it , cold food ,should avoid eating here at all cost, avoid!!!
Very disappointed. Not like the other Hartz locations. The rolls were dry and I even asked for a fresh one. The spread (not butter or margarine) for the rolls was some yellow spread. No macaroni salad like the other locations. The potato salad and Cole slaw had a very strange taste to it. I gave it 2 stars because the baked chicken was good.
Ate one piece of chicken and was good; but threw the rest away. But has serious concerns about sanitized procedures. No one had gloves or hair net and was handing both money transaction and food. I saw no hand washing, wiping hands on their cloths.Ask the supervisor about the protocol and she said everyone has been vaccinated. Will not go back again.
Fried chicken was nothing to brag about. Side dishes had been on the serving line too long and were tasteless.
