Honestly shocked at all the good reviews. Apparently, the people reviewing this place don’t know good eatin’. The food is bland as hell. The pepper steak had absolutely no flavor and tasted like beef that was boiled in water. The rice was gummy. The noodles had no seasoning and tasted like they were cooked straight out of the package. The only thing that was good were the green beans, hence the 2 stars given.
Some of the food was raw / underdone, I ate something that immediately made me sick and instead of trying to remedy the problem the server spent a good 2/3 minutes trying to argue with me over tip and total. After being told repeatedly that we got sick.Manager was informed about food and did apologize at least.
The food was good, but I have tried other places that have more taste/flavor. The place was clean as was possible. It was very crowd. The staff moved fast and were respectful. The decoration nice. Maybe in few months I will give it another chance
Not good at all. Pepper steak was so tough after struggling to take one bite I was over it. The noodles were dry the sweet and sour chicken was all bread. If you're hungry for a fresh buffet I wouldn't go here. When it first opened it was great.. I don't know what happened. The only things that seemed fresh were the green beans, egg drop soup and banana pudding.
Staff was nice and attentive to keep your drink cup filled up and your table clean. The food was amazing and have a decent mid-size variety of items from orange chicken to sushi rolls! The place is also quite spacious and clean. Highly recommend!
This place was really nice. The outside was a little shabby but inside was very clean. The waitresses were so pleasant and one of them even made balloon treats for my kids. The Buffet was very clean and the food was seasoned really well. The sushi was pretty good and you could add different sauces to it if you wanted which I really liked. They had ice cream with toppings which my kids loved as well!
Always love coming here for a bite to eat. Have now turned new family members on to y'alls food.
The place was large and looked good on the inside. Every employee was flawlessly polite and helpful. The price was distinctly lower than similar Chinese buffets. Those things earn it a couple of stars. The food, unfortunately, was substandard by any metric. I won't cite specific examples because I'd have to name everything. No matter what I chose the first bite always produced the same reaction: "Wow, this dish is distinctly worse than it should be, worse than I've ever had at a buffet.". If something was supposed to be crisp it was soggy. If something was supposed to be juicy, it was dry. Even the various canned fruits that are dumped out at every Chinese buffet to sit alongside dessert items were slightly wrong in taste and texture. I remember thinking "So this is what super-cheap, fourth-tier canned fruit is like.". If money was tight and I worked close by, I'd probably go occasionally when I was seeking maximum calories for minimum money. Fortunately I'm not in that situation so I'll never be back.
I went with a family of 4. We were sitter instantly and handed a disposable glove for the buffet utensils. The food was HOT, FRESH, and DELICIOUS!!! They have Mongolian food setup, sushi, crayfish, Chinese food and a range of fruits and desserts. I actually did get 1 small piece of evert fruit and dessert and it was delicious ? total cost for 2 adults adults and 2 kids (ages 5,&10)& 4 drinks came out $55. We will definitely come back and enjoy this place again!
Omg yes excellent service their in the strip center on 1960 and Aldine Westfield you will see them Happy family.all of the food is so good and the hot tea and ice tea always taste fresh.service so friendly and clean they also have the wok cooker.management ,severs,greeters all so friendly.go see tell them Bobbie sent you.you want be disapointed they also have ? frog legs .uma!
