A few years ago my spouse and I visited this location and was very disappointed in everything about it. About 3.5 years ago we allowed ourselves to try it again. To our absolute amazement this location had been completely and totally renovated inside and to some degree outside as well. The restaurant is and remains very clean and well kept. The bathrooms are always clean which is a true testament to an establishment’s overall cleanliness.The food is always fresh, due to a high volume of customers visiting the establishment. When I go out for a meal I really want fresh homemade meals otherwise I can cook it myself.The new franchise owners Lori and Ralph have really turned this place around. The staff are all very pleasant and take care of your every need before you can even ask for it. Since Lori and Ralph have taken over this place we’ve never been disappointed with any meals. Whether is midday or just before closing the consistency remains at a high level. If you haven’t been in a while or never been to this Golden Coral you must give it a try, I seriously doubt you’ll be disappointed. Go ahead, try out the endless protein choices, the vegetables the salads which you can create however you desire. The desserts or off the wall and always replenished on a regular basis throughout the day and evening. Thank you Lori and Ralph for giving me a night off every week from cooking. Thank you for really doing an awesome job with your restaurant as we look forward to years of dining in one of our favorite places to eat.
We dined here for My Mother-in-Law's Birthday yesterday. Everything was Great w/ a few exceptions. Restaurant provided a nice sanitizing area for Customers w/ provided gloves before serving yourself. I thought this was Great, but to no avail, You still had a handful of Customers who neglected this Privilege. The 2 main entrees that I had anticipated to indulge, was the chicken fried steak & meatloaf. Both were cold...?. Other than that, The Family had a Nice time & Rosa(Attendant) was FanTasTic!!!
I love this Golden Corral, it's always clean. There food is very good and their is always available. I use to live closer and would come weekly but I move to Cypress. I was the area and decided to stop in. Was a very good experience. I decided I start coming more.. I drive would be worth it!
My grandson loves going to Golden Coral and so do my husband and I, good food and curtious staff!!
I’ve been to Golden Corral many times. Nothing has changed and I always get good service along with my family members. The cashier was very nice and respectful. Our table person was super attentive to her tables and customers! I believe I seen the manager too talking to a customer about sweet potatoes and she handled that so well, and she was super kind and friendly. Along with the other employees, I have not seen or heard anything rude. Everyone here is very kind. They even had my GC Dessert Fave: Brownies! ?? I haven’t seen these in a while. They some real ones ong ? ?Edit: The food was also hot. Like steaming fresh hot. A pair of tongs fell on the floor , they picked it up and replaced it. There was some hair in the food and they took it out and cleaned. This place is very clean compared to the other one in spring ??
Golden Coral was good this was the first time my wife and I ate breakfast buffet here an we both were happy with the food and service. We look forward to going back.
Sometimes they are good, sometimes not so good. Often the white gravy is way too watery. That is a complete turnoff for me. They don't have as many deserts as they use too. But, they are clean & last time I went, they require you to stop by a table for hand sanitizing & gloves before going to the buffet. That's good.
I had breakfast with my family and friends there this morning at this location. I would like to give this location 5 stars, but the lady cashier this morning on 2/6/2022 was not friendly at all, so I had to dock it a star. It seemed like she did not want to be there today. I was worried how the rest of the experience was going to go, but turned out the rest of the staff was great and very professional. The restaurant was clean and the food was better than expected.
