Went in this morning to pickup some kolaches. Had to step to the side and video call my wife to see what she wanted. Once I was ready the lady behind the counter asked what I wanted. She got a little snappy when I told her what I wanted. The more asked the more she got an attitude. She needs to learn a little more customer service. I could have said something real ugly to her. But I know better than that. I told my wife that will be the first and last time I go to that donut shop.
The lady behind the counter is NOT friendly. Customer service is ghastly. The donuts are okay. The prices are ridiculous. I got a bag of donut holes, a kolache and two sprinkle donuts. It was $12. I always say good morning, how are you? To the lady and she doesn’t say anything. I go to Humble donuts now instead. They are always friendly and their service is amazing. The donuts are delicious. But customer service is important. I’ll drive out of my way where my business is appreciated.
Thr lady that works there is so rude. She seems to hate working there with the attitude she gives. When handing her my card she just snatched it out of my hand. This is the second time I come here hoping that she wouldn't be there but I will just go to another donut shop. Horrible costumer service.
This donut shop is great. They always have great customer service and the lady there is always kind. All the donuts are delicious especially the kolaches and croissant rolls.
Very small selection and very rude staff there. Not going back.
Best donuts around. Plus, if you’re like me and enjoy your coffee black but also want an ice cube or two to temper it, they use coffee ice cubes. Dope! Also, the staff was super friendly and accommodating as we navigated the plethora of options. Also, also, ask if there’s some donuts not in the case. You may find that there’s simply too many to put out and you might miss something you’d enjoy. Cheers!
HORRIBLE. some lady in there was extremely rude to us. we greeted her and she ignored us. she had an attitude with everything we got , which was only 2 kolaches & glazed donuts. i was going to get a drink out of the cooler and she already rang up my total. they have a $5 card limit so getting a drink by itself would have not been worth it. first & last time going in there.
There is a young girl working there with her child there that is very rude.
Whenever I would stay with my grandma's she would take me and my sister here for breakfast before school. It is one of the best memories I have with her. The food Is delicious I would always get a sausage and cheese Kovach or a glazed doughnut.
Best vegan donuts in Hampton Roads!!! It’s clear that they care about having delicious options for people of all dietary needs. We live in Norfolk but happily make the drive.
