I'm not sure how this place is rated so high. The service is very slow, which I understand to be due to staffing shortages. I don't fault them for that. The food was mediocre at best. I got the Sesame Chicken Bento Box. The egg rolls has a different flavor to them than other places. It wasn't a good change. They had obviously been reheated as well. They were not fresh. The sesame chicken was very sweet. Which was off putting. The dumplings had invisible been reheated as well, which was disappointing. I don't think I would eat here again. There are better Asian restaurants in the area.

Me and my fiance went for the first time to this place. The food was just "okay" not that great or having a wow factor. Service was ok too. They only give a sort of tea saucer small plate to have your food in. We ordered spicy Chicken Lo-mein and some sushi rolls and was expecting to have different plates but instead they gave that small plate for us to have all in just that one small plate. We were quite disappointed with the service. Never going to this place again. Our experience wasn't too bad but just got disappointed and since we were starving we just had whatever.

I love this place! We have been coming here for a few years, and I love the consistency of the sushi, as well as the freshness and quality of ingredients. Last week I made a large order to cater for my wife's birthday. They knocked it out of the park! Everyone at the party LOVED the sushi, and they did a fantastic job on the presentation!!! Also, best Poke Bowls!

Been going here for years for the sushi which is really fantastic. Tonight, we decided to try other things. Hot and sour soup, garlic edamame, chicken and broccoli, and general tso chicken. It was all rather bad. The chicken comes out soupy and mushy with all the wrong flavors. The garlic edamame was completely inedible, and the soup didn't taste right.Go for the sushi. It's awesome. Don't get literally anything else.

Love this place. I’ve been coming here for about fifteen years and can’t find better sushi anywhere in houston. Staff is great and the food is always constant in flavor and freshness.

Walked right in and was seated quickly. The same person took our drink order and that's it. Sat there for 20 min. Long enough to drink the waters and need a refill. Justvto never have anyone come back and take our order. The menu is printed small af you will need youth or reader glasses to make it out. Almost to many options as they seam to take for ever to bring out the food from what I saw. Then only bring out one or two plates at a time. So if you have a party of 5 then the dirt two people are almost done eating when the last ones plate hits the table. Again I saw this first hand on the table next to us as they just walked by several times and never refilled the drinks or took our order. We eventually just got up and left to have all the staff thank us for coming. Wth?

We ordered take out and it looked like every order was cut in half. Like instead of a large family serving of rice, it was half that. It was ok but the amount they give you is not worth the price

Always a pleasure to dine there, just a very cozy family owned restaurant, delish food at reasonable price. Staff are friendly and fresh food.

Soothing, relaxing and oh so delish! I love coming here after a stressful week and having a chill discussion with my fam. The miso soup is perfectly seasoned, egg drop soup is flavored well and a great consistency, chicken fried rice is also a favorite and if your not too hungry try then bento box. The sushi ? selections are many, we love Philadelphia, shaggy dog and California and many more.

Ordered the spicy tuna poke bowl and orange chicken bento box. Both were delicious! Will return.
