Love the fact that you can create your own bowl with the proteins and veggies you like. Loved their mango strawberry lemonade delicious and server was awesome!
Terrible service.6 employees standing around talking, looking at us. And continuing their conversation as we sit sever less. New leadership may possibly bring better energy, looks as though no one wants to be here. No greeting on entry, waiting for 20 minutes on a server. The menus and tables were sticky, someone who was working/on-duty had their child at work with them. Totally unprofessional. I love this place, but this experience has left me questioning if I’ll ever come back.
This location always seems to have incredibly slow service. There's always a wait to get seated, get orders taken, get food, etc. (Even when there is hardly anyone in there)Some of the veggies looked off today. The spinach was starting to go bad. (It had the dark green slimy spots) we will probably hold off and go to a different location if we get a craving for G.G. again.
Ashley gave us a wonderful experience! She was so sweet and looked after us. She even changed the show on the TV for the little girl we had with us. 10/10 would recommend. ❤️
Absolutely horrible service. There were only 2 people able to assist with order talking and they had to bounce between the bar, dine in and to go orders. I waited in line 15 mins to be served. After I paid and went to the bar to choose my items, they told me they were out of shrimp, out of eggs (which they charged me for), out of bean spouts and out of napkins. This was a Tuesday afternoon around 6PM so I’m unsure what the problem was, but it was ridiculous. To top ot off, I ordered a to go bowl and didnt get any silverware either! I will NEVER be back, especially not to this location
I only give three stars because I feel that employees and customers can be treated better by management.Tonight I saw a manager scold and employee for flipping the food into the container incorrectly for a to go order. - I pray that man gets promoted or a better job. I then see the same manager go behind the cook area and start cooking with no gloves on. Keep in mind that all other cooks had gloves on including the employee who was scolded. The manager then began using the same spatula on various food orders- I’m not sure if she took into account allergy risk. Other than that the male with the tattoos is a great chef the abuela or mama my food is bomb.
We visited this place for the first time and I really enjoy the concept. It's like a buffet butYou pick uncooked protein and vegetable and you season the food as you wish and also the sauce you would like. I had the 3G sauce it was laced with garlic Mmmmmm. Daphne was our server she was a delight, very good conversation and attentive to everyone. Daphne literally walked is through the whole process. The food was great cooked thoroughly and seasoned perfectly (because you season your own meat) I would most definitely visit again!
horrible experience.My cousin and i both made online orders at this establishment (through their website, not doordash) and our orders were supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. We waited about an hour and my order was only ready 10 minutes after i asked the staff for a refund. Mind you, we were never told that my cousin’s order was ready in front of us for the last 30 minutes and no one cared to ask for our names. People that ordered AFTER us got their food, ate, and left before we even received our food. First and last time we ever come to this place.
Bad service, bad waits, bad restaurant. Waiter didn't even bring us our menu when they sat us down. Whole restaurant smelled like spoiled milk. Manager was closing and cleaning an hour before official closing time. Took 45 minutes to get the food after placing order. Manager was also yelling at employees the whole time. Just a mismanaged restaurant anyway you see it. To top it off, they were trying to arrest a guy outside of the restaurant. Bizarre restaurant. Don't eat here
First of all just want to say that me and my family love Ghengis Grill but sadly we have experienced the worst customer service ever. First we walk in to be told there is a 10 min wait not sure why since there was no line and plenty of available tables. Our waiter set our bowls as to go instead of dine in so they had take our food back and switch to bowls. Not to mention that he seated us next to someone who smelled like mariguana or maybe it was him?? Who knows since he couldn’t get our order right. My son and I ordered the same type of noodles and got different noodles in our food. What really made me give this place a bad review is the fact that my husband’s food was lost and didn’t tell us anything until me and my son were almost done eating so he didn’t even get to eat. Horrible service if I could give this place no stars I would
