Disappointed with the store consistently messing up orders, from not adding enough portions to missing items in the order. Don’t think I can continue to waste $$ on Freebirds.

I'm giving it a 3 star because I was charged a Texas sales tax and a Humble, Tx tax without knowing. The food was good ,but since I'm being double taxed I will not be patronizing this establishment anymore. Please inform your customers so they don't be caught off guard like I was looking at my receipt after the fact.

We arrived late they still had plenty food at 9:15 eventhough they were closing at 9:30. Very nice and friendly. Food was great my Nacho was awesome I wish I could have eaten it all.

Great place to eat! The only problem is that it can get really cold there. Though I do love how you can customize your burrito and they make it in front of you, but sometimes the burritos aren't always folded correctly.

Everyone compares Freebirds to Chipotle. Why?I have eaten at Chipotle several times. Not one time did I receive under cooked rice, hard black beans, wilted cilantro, a half a$$ rolled burrito or cold food.Yet, just my second time to Freebirds I got all of the above plus rude customer service upon walking in the door. Staff just looked and stared, so I had to ask "Are yall open?" To which one person said "yes" and continued to sweep, while the other staff had a look of disbelief that someone came it at 8pm.Hopefully, my husband never requests a burrito from here again.

Guys were nice but just got a charge on my credit card for almost $20 for a burrito with nothing but cheese and lettuce almost a week after I bought it. Not sure what they're smoking but that doesn't seem right and definitely wasn't what I was under the impression of being charged.

I used to come here about once a week. It was great. But in the last few months, they changed. Now a freebird size burrito is about half the size it used to be because the employees in there now get a small scoop of ingredient to start with and then shake the spoon so there’s hardly anything left. And the prices definitely haven’t gone down to match the lack of ingredient… It’s pathetic. I’d rather go get a Taco Bell burrito.

I took my daughter here for lunch. I have been here a few times. Their tortillas are always soft and ingredients always seem fesh. The thing I learned is that the corn is spicy. This last time we went the queso was almost gone in the tub so we didnt get much in our burriotos, but im not going to dock them for that. They never seem too rushed to answer a question. I do with they still had the aluminum foil art around.

Raw chicken in all of our bowels. Kids bowls as well. We didn’t order steak, but could tell it was very undercooked as well. Manager was quick to give me a refund which was great but he apologized saying “I didn’t know I had someone training on the grill today”. He is Obviously inexperienced, undertrained, and understaffed. GM/store owner, help your team. Hope to be back in the future, but it’s going to be a long time.

Always amazing food! And the staff are always friendly and welcoming!
