It's amazing how poor customer service will affect your view of a place. I use to go here all the time as it was the only place I can get a cheesy british style sandwich. We went the evening of 4-21 and came to the counter across from the young lady and said "hello" and was ignored. We stood in there for 5min with no "just a moment " "hello" "may I help you " nothing just bad attitudes. Another customer came in she looked past us and ask if they needed help. We walked out the door and went to Pot Belly for the first time. They were the complete opposite. I will not br going back to firehouse anymore as there are at least 4 other sandwich shops within 0.5mi of firehouse. Something I would not have known if not for the terrible service of firehouse subs. So they get 1 star for opening my eyes to the other sandwich shop options that are less money, better service, and great menu's.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Both people working this evening around 5:30 stood behind counter, barely glanced up with a rude look, neither could be bothered to even say Hi. We were the only customers waiting; they were not busy. We even tried to say hello (right across from them, like 2 feet in front of their faces) & they did not respond. We stood there in silence looking directly at them for 5 minutes when I finally said, since we can’t get service, or even a greeting, let’s leave, and we did. Right across parking lot to Pot Belly which was the polar opposite. Greeted with friendly smiles by ALL 4 employees; fast friendly service, great food, and even said goodnight. You two employees at Firehouse tonight are rude and need to go back to your parents house and cuss them out for not raising you right. Firehouse will never get another dime from me or anyone I know. Owners, if you care, deal with these jerks ASAP.
Service was great. Friendly staff. My complaint is the amount of food I get for the price. A medium sub combo is almost $13 and I received 2 slices of meat and a shrinking loaf of bread. Too many other choices out there with better deals.
My first time at Firehouse. It was so good. Just the right amount of meat and not to much bread. I will return.

I’ve been to many locations and this location is by far the worse when it comes to the employees. I drive 25 mins farther to a different location. Manager is a complete b***** and that’s being nice. There are very few nice employees at this location. Had the lead call me sir repeatedly after I nicely asked her to call me a ma’am then had the nerves to look me directly in the eyes and yell “sir” crazy thing is I’m pretty sure she was the manager!

The food is always the same, and it’s pretty good. If you haven’t been, give it a try. The reason I gave it 2 stars - the girls working the counter on 27 November 2021 at 10:45 am were completely lackluster.I was greeted with a dirty look by a young black girl that didn’t even say hello. After taking my order she walked away. I asked for my drink cup and she sighed like I was bothering her; she lazily pointed at a stack of cups on the other side of the counter. Once my sandwich was prepared, she mumbled something and put it up on the counter - she walked away again.If this young lady worked for me, she would have her behavior adjusted quickly, or have to move on. Bad customer service can wreck and ruin a business. Good customer service is talked about often because it’s not the norm anymore (which is sad).Go get a good sandwich from here - they support good causes. DON’T go during the time mentioned above unless you like bad service.
The sandwiches are becoming more and less meat, for the cost you'd expect so much more.
