If I could give it this a negative star I would. The customer service was horrible. My mother was placing her order yesterday and the lady who was taking orders in drive-thru was rude to only find out it was the manger. She spoke to my mother in the ruddess way possible. Even after we told her about it she still didn't care. I will never go there again. She shouldn't even work in customer service. We went there yesterday around 8:12pm and she is teaching her employees wrong cause if you are the manger what gives you the right to talk to anyone like she did.
This place is great because it has grilled chicken that is seasoned, just right. The sides are ok, as well. The only thing to consider is they can be hit or miss on rather the chicken will be dry or just right. Other than that, it's good.
Great Tex-mex food. They are super fast, and it is always fresh. You can watch the kitchen line and see them prepare your food. The $5 bowl is awesome, delicious and huge. I can't finish them ever. This is one of those fast food joints that you often just overlook or ignore and don't even think to go. but you should do yourself a favor and try them!
Absolute $hit from being stuck in the drive thru for 45 to (see photo) my food. That is what you get for almost $10.Get to window and manager I assume was yelling at people, tensions were high, accidentally dumped a bag over and made no attempt to clean up the mess. The window girl was cleaning it up. If I weren’t starving I would have parked and asked for a refund. Save yourself some time and money. First and last time.
I will echo similar sentiments as others reviewing this place have. The food has always tasted very good but the service and the employees are terrible. Every time i go to the drive-through, the employee taking the order sounds so utterly soul crushingly depressed. I also implore everyone to check your order before you drive off. Every time i order they seem to get something wrong.
I see why this location doesn't have good reviews, when me and my family arrived, three of the employees were in the car smoking weed including the manager( the smell was strong)! Once we parked she hurried and ran back inside, the doors were locked so when she came to the door (eyes blood shot red) she said can i help you, but by this time i was so annoyed and disgusted i choose not to eat here!!
This place went downhill. There's hardly any chicken, mostly bones and burnt. It's like they served sick chickens. Their rice is extremely dry. We dined in and it was so dirty in there. Never again!
The food is good - but this location really needs better management. In my experiences here, the service is always slow and most often the employees are rude.
The drive through line was a 20 minute wait. The guy taking my order could not hear anything and I repeated it until I finally said never mind. I had one simple order. Tacos and unsweet tea. Grabbing food on way into work. Not a good idea as it took so long. Once finally got to window to clarify what I wanted. He can not multitask is first problem. Not customer service oriented.
There was no wait in the drive thru but the food I ordered didn't taste all that great. I know it's fast Mexican food but I expect it to taste decent. The drive thru worker was either high or half asleep.
