Wow!! Super underwhelmed. Really wanted fresh coffee and donuts. But nope. Coffee was made about noon and after 4pm. The donuts were the real disappointment. Nothing fresh..should have saved my money and bought at the grocery store.Plus side....the employee is very nice and pleasant.Dunkin Donut owner....check your products.
I love this location, the staff is very friendly, they get my order right the way I want it, and the coffee is amazing. I cannot get my coconut carmel ice coffee made correct at no other location but this one, THEY ARE ON POINT!!! I pull up and let me tell you they know my order and my face, that speaks in volume when the entire team know their customers.. That means they are very attentive to their customers... . I just want to say you guys are doing a awesome job! And a big shout out for Ms. Yolanda and the entire morning team!!!! If I knew all of your names I would list them in this post!!!she is always put a smile on with kindness, I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Thank you so much!
I’m a kind and patient person, i’ve worked in a drive thru at Starbucks before, so i’m always understanding, BUT this place is just horrible. Not only was my drink wrong twice, but I waited 10 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese that was COLD; not even the bacon nor the egg was cooked. As i came back to get it warmed up with an understanding heart, the manager mean mugged me (looked at me rude) and walked away from me without helping me. I had previously had bad experiences at this location, but i gave it another chance today and it was worse. Don’t be a manager if you’re not bettering yourself or staff. Lines get long, communicate and work efficiently with your team works so actually work; what are you getting paid for!?!?! it’s disgusting how people act here. this location needs help with sanitation, friendliness, cleanliness, communication, speed, and accuracy. i hope others have better experiences, but i have never had one and this is location all 15 times i came here.
Description of the sandwich I ordered online said 2 slices of bread (I double checked) but I only got one slice (open face). They shoved the donuts into one bag so there was an icing mess of different flavors mushed together. Didn't mix my coffee, which didn't taste good after mixing it anyway. I created an account to get points for the order, but no purchase history on my account. The whole experience was a joke.
My girlfriend and I absolutely love coming to this Dunkin location, admittedly we’ve made it a bit of a habit to come here once a week and each time we come we have excellent service. The staff is respectful, friendly, and always seeks to ensure that the orders come out correctly. I typically order online, and they usually make the order as expected. If anything is missing, they will be happy to correct it. If I had to recommend one Dunkin location, it would be this one.
Laziest people I have ever encountered! I used to come here at least twice a week very early in the morning around 5 am … when there is relatively NO ONE around. Every time there is two to three workers when I get there and I order the same thing everytime. One morning there is a group of people that work hard and are able to get my food out to me at the window. Then I go on a different morning and it’s three completely different people just kind of dragging around and the lady makes me park in the front even though I see my food sitting on the counter… and then proceeds to take 5-10 minutes on average to bring my food to me and when I get it, it’s cold. It’s sad that half of the workers appreciate their job and the other half doesn’t… so this location suffers because of that. I have not be back in a couple of weeks and probably won’t ever come here again… if I do it will just be coffee.
First time there, it is the biggest one I have been. The drive thru is long and has a lot of movement. To purchase thru the drive thru is faster than inside. I did my order in and the omelet bites and chocolate croissant took a while before I get them ( slow staff or disorganized ?). The large hot caramel latte was good. The flavor of the food were fresh, and tasty. I will be back. And this location for now is the online one who has the screen to order inside the store as Mc Donalds (see picture).
This is ridiculous!!!! They make you pull up for what! I waited 5 mins after ordering & paying then waited in the front for this! I’m calling corporate I understand fast food but seriously!
I love this Atascocita location, the Staffs are very friendly, I get my order right the way I want it, and coffee and donuts taste great. I just want yo say you guys doing an awesome job! Worse store ever! Management treats you like you are dumb. Doesn’t pay their employees. Drinks are always water down. Always pays a different amount for the same drink. Employees talking bad about customers on mic. DoorDash orders are always late and missing something. Always dirty restrooms. Made a poor employee clean a very nasty mens restroom that was sitting for days.
