The food is good...it's just that the service is so sad. When I worked for dominos (before online ordering) we got that phone fast! Now they don't bother. So if you've tried to call and are sick of hearing the automated voice, save yourself, they are waiting for you to go order online. The phone drove me nuts ringing endlessly during my two hours standing around waiting for my order. They never even tried to answer. WHY NOT JUST MUTE THEM THEN??? next, when I worked there, we HUSSLED. These guys are slowly moving to the pizza trough, or to cut one coming out...and one was in back so long I forget he was there. The pizzas are coming out of the oven at a rate of one every four minutes. Not five spilling out at once like when WE we're busy. No wonder I'm waiting here for such a ridiculous length of time. I ordered because I didn't want to make dinner for the next hour. Instead I stood around waiting for dinner for 2 hours. Blows my mind. Also, the pizzas are smaller the largest I ordered are pretty much the size the mediums used to be (years ago). So to sum up, good flavor but if you didn't know the large is now a medium size, your family will be hungry and mad at you. There is absolutely no hustle. So a few stars because the food is good, but no stars for service.
Unlike other pizza franchises, Domino's will not give you an estimated delivery time until after the order is placed. Once our order was placed at 7:12, we received an e-mail notifying us that it would be 73 - 83 minutes until delivery. We attempted to call the store to see if it would be faster if we came and picked it up. After over 10 minutes on hold, we were never able to speak to a person. The pizza finally arrived 123 minutes later and was cold!! We were also missing our garlic dipping sauce. Never again!
Horrible. I put my order in for delivery at 2:49pm today. After 2 hours of waiting the order wasn’t even in the oven yet. I called the store several times and no one answered. The order was supposed to be delivered at about 3:35-3:45. I had to drive all of the way to the store and found 5 people working there doing NOTHING. I told another employee what the issue was and he said that every time he comes in the other employees are never keeping up with orders and basically not doing their job. I am appalled by the fact that I could hear the phone ringing loudly and they are weren’t even trying to answer it. I still had to wait another 20 minutes or so so they could make my order. This is the last time I mess with this Domino’s. NEVER AGAIN.
The customer service is horrible when it’s comes to delivery. They constantly cancel orders after a hour or so later. They always NEVER have drivers. They don’t answer when you call to even check the status of a order. Everything about to the delivery side is horrible. My order was just on the way with the driver 15 mins later i get a message saying order canceled i ordered at 8:00pm it’s now 10:10pm that’s is unacceptable.
I placed my order at 4:20 and it was ready by 4:50 it wasn’t until 5:37 that I got a message saying my driver is on their way.. i DIDNT Receive my food until 6:20 in which I ordered at 4!!! My Food was burnt and COLD I live less then 10 minutes away. They have done this many times to my family, never order from here!
The delivery driver lied about getting into our apartments. Even when our online instructions were to call us and we’d meet him at the leasing office. Domino’s doesn’t call us to tell us he has a problem, we called them after over an hour waiting and were hung up on twice purposefully. The driver even logged online that he’d delivered the pizzas; which he did not! By this time driver then proceeds to call me and hang up several times as to appear to show he tried to call us to deliver our already paid for order. Well after I’d called him back and left a message letting him know our order number and went outside to see if he was here. He was not. I called from my work phone and he answered and hung up after saying hello. We speak with someone acting as a manager and he says he’ll deliver the pizzas, we agree and the pizzas never show up. I got a cancelled order and a refund. Later that night, the original driver calls my work phone asking who this was, it was after midnight! The driver then proceed to text my work phone asking who was this? The next morning I wake up to find he texted “good morning.” I stern shoot all of this and sent all of the images to Domino’s Pizza. This was over and week ago and I have yet to hear anything back. This particular establishment has a bad reputation via reviews on Google and I can see why. We’ll be taking our business to Marco’s Pizza, which didn’t have any problems following directions at all.
waited almost 3 hours for food that on tracker didnt even show past prepped. I called store over 4 times each with a wait only to be hung up on.I finally got a hold of the “manager” kevin who had an attitude showed no empathy and careless about customer service. if you can avoid ordering here please do

Called in advance to make sure I received it on time and they still delivered it late. They kept pushing the delivery time more and more. Would not recommend this place at all pizza was burned and had no flavor.
Rude staff placed and order online waited 30 minutes in my vehicle go inside the time it said it would be ready still no pizza!1st they told me I didn’t place a order and then goes on to tell me rudely yelling they are short staffed which wasn’t true had about 5-6 people working in the site and they couldn’t give me a time frame of when my pizza would be ready time wasted requested a refund and left. Had they been a little nicer probably would have waited covid is no excuse for being rude and bad service!
