So apparently they don’t deliver to my apartment after 5. Which I don’t mind but the person on the phone was kind of rude and the manager wouldn’t even corporate. I asked if I could pick it up they said no. I asked if I could meet them outside the apartment so they wouldn’t have to come in. I know that they are scared of getting towed but they can’t have a warning or something before I spend $50? There’s one guy that works there that’s really cool and helped before but whoever was there today wasn’t it.

A food service worker should never wear a spaghetti strap to work. So disgusting having exposed armpits and exposed bra. This is a health violation

Not only did these guys mess up every pizza we ordered today, but the CSR refused to provide any feasible customer service. He was adamant that “it was made to the company’s standards”.. He would not provide his name or corporate information and then when asked to escalate the call to his GM he huffed and hung up the phone. I am so happy I recorded video footage of the terrible pizzas and made the conscious decision to video record the phone call as well because it would be our word against his. I can’t believe how poorly we were handled today on top of wasting $45. I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO CORPORATE.

Dominos always zux. Wasted $20 just right now on lunch. I think if you ordered anything from their special menu, they will use the oldest dough they have. I mean it tasted old and smelled horrible. I couldn’t finish one slice before deciding to cut my loss or regret it on the toilet later. Never again Dominos. Horrible franchise. Should do us all a favor and stop selling food period.

They are quick to tell you they do not deliver in your area at a certain time. However you see them delivering plenty of times after 5pm. I guess if you are not a friend or family member they will not deliver to you. The manager call to say some of their employees cars got towed in the same breath they live here! How them not registering their vehicles cause your customers not to be able to get their orders delivered. If you DROPPING OFF FOOD AND LEAVING! Your vehicles should not get towed! That mean you were doing something you weren't suppose to PERIOD!

I just want to start with this is the first truly negative review I have ever left. This dominos has a new policy to not deliver after 5pm to my area due to a driver being towed. I'm very upset with the new policy. As a person who has delivered food for over a year with other apps I have insight. So I've been ordering from this location since I moved to Humble,TX in 9/2019. I've had 3 issues but never wrote a review until now. I've always tipped & I live pretty close but I prefer delivery.So I live at BenderHollow apts in Humble and I recently found out the District Manager has decided to no longer deliver to my location after 5pm because of a driver who mistakenly parked in a spot they shouldn't have and were towed. I don't understand why the District Manager is punishing the customer for their employee not observing the rules. My complex has towed my roommate before and it was unfortunate but she realized her error parking in a reserved spot and no longer makes that mistake. There are signs for a reason. Out of the 100+ drivers who have delivered to me none have been towed. Actually my apt is rather convenient and I on many occasions have assisted drivers who failed to read my directions on which entrance to come into & even met them to make it easier because as a previous food service worker and driver I understand going where your not familiar with or having a deadline to deliver food. The real reason I'm upset tho is not necessarily the refusal to deliver it's actually because the website allowed me to make a transaction and stated I could have food delivered with my card. So I put in the tip, delivery charge and cost of food and then was later informed due to the new policy which is not listed on the website that I wasn't allowed to have my food delivered at 5:15pm. So since I'm a bit strapped on cash and also that ordered included a free pizza since I've been a pretty loyal customer for 2yrs+. The manager whom I spoke with told me I could provide feed back directly to the DM with 1-800-Dominos.. Well I called the number and it just told me to call the store. No voicemail or customer service personnel. And then it hung up on me. So apparently the only way I can provide feedback is giving this store 1star. District Manager I hope you respond to this. Remove the curfew or ban our area all together because I personally don't like having my money on hold because your site failed to inform me of your policy. Basically false advertisement. Apparently "Zach" was not prepping my order. smh

The delivery time was RIGHT ON TIME!! SOONER than i expected having read some of these reviews. Arvin the delivery driver flowed all my instructions Perfectly AND WAS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS. The taste AND quality was good but the reason i gave 4 and not 5 stars is because it wasn't QUITE HOT ENOUGH. Perhaps they need new delivery hags cuz its 40 degrees outside. Other than that...it is GREAT.I ORDERED 2 PASTA Bread BOWLS..HABANERO WINGS..AND BROWNIE.. TASTES FANTASTIC!

Most of the employees at this location have tested positive for Covid in the last two weeks. The workers continue to get sick, and instead of shutting the store down for the sake of their sick employees or loyal customers, they hound the workers to come back to work even though they still test positive Covid. Just thought you guys should know this before you order from here.
