I am going to start off with the positive then get to the negative. I love the waitress Gabby she is amazing!!! One of the best waitresses I have ever had. She is very nice, personable, and attentive. They need to promote her to be a manger because she has the people skills and personality for it! Unlike the Hispanic manger, I can’t think of her name is VERY RUDE she lacks people skills and understanding!!! She doesn’t treat customers like we matter, she is like oh well. And doesn’t go the extra mile to resolve things as a manger should!! I have been coming to this location for years ordering the same thing. She overcharged us, then went on the site and changed the price. That is false advertising! As a business I understand prices go up and down. But if the price is shown online and In person, that’s the price you should honor! Put someone else in position that cares about their customers and want to do things the right way! As much as I love my Waitress Gabby I won’t be back because I don’t like how she does business!
I'm really impressed! Came here with lunch with my husband. I had the chicken queso with rice and broccoli...WOW!! It was so good!! I have a sensitive stomach and couldn't eat the bread that comes with it,the waitress ( Tesa ) was super sweet & replaced it for something I could snack on. She was all smiles and made sure everything was good! Definitely coming back ?????
I catch breakfast here about every other Saturday morning, and sure, I may order the same thing, but I always receive the same thing:prompt and courteous service, generous and well prepared portions, and a very reasonable price.
Breakfast for dinner on a Wednesday night..not crowded at all. Waiter was amazing. The reason for 3 stars is because there was some undercooked food.
Over 2 hours. Messed up many orders. Drinks were not refilled. Items that were not delivered remained on the bill. Good was served cold. Omelet was served with cold cheese draped over the top. No syrup provided for any of the pancakes. Charged extra for items that were supposed to come with the meal (biscuit and gravy), which never arrived. Server disappeared for 15-20 minutes at a time. No apology nor affirmative response of any kind from management.
The Coffee is so good. Had zn omelet. Awesome waiter, delicious omelet. It was 3 ppl. Celebrated à birthday
This location keeps under cooking your steaks and also the forget to put your food in your bag. So if you are in a rush don’t go here to this location. Because by the time you get to where you are going, you will be mad. They always mess your order up. The has happened to me a few times.Every time I give this location the benefit of the doubt they seem to just can’t get it right.
My crepe was disgusting. My turkey bacon & red skin potatoes was undercooked. I had to cook them myself.. I ordered an extra side of bacon for my other meal & got sausage instead. They weren't even busy for my order to have so many problems.
Tiana was an awesome server. My food was hot and coffee was served as needed. She was friendly, kind, and professional. My steak ? was delicious ?. Thank you !
Seated ourselves. Waiter had attitude. Cook was on the phone in kitchen. Also waiter had ear buds in while serving. Food came out cold. Had to get up to get our own syrup and waiter never came back to check for refills. Also every table that was there while we were there was complaining about something with the service.
