Went for a number one and the first time they screwed up the the order(2 patties and cheese) so I went back. I sat in line waiting. I got my second sandwich and left. I later opened that one and they did that one wrong too. I was not about to sit in that line again. It gets to me knowing I paid sir a service or something but not getting what I paid for.
The burrito deluxe was outstanding, it was hot, fresh, and crisp. The toppings were perfect. Makes sure you order two and get a fork. It was my first time trying it and I was highly pleased, I literally got back in line to order another one. The gentleman at the drive thru was friendly and professional. Visit 07/16/22 approximate 5:05 pm. Thank you, keep up the good everyone.
This Dairy Queen is the best.... I pick up my son Birthday cake last minute and It's 4th of July mind you. They were out, Andria not only made me the one my son wanted but personalized my cake. The entire staff was helpful, cashier also help me carry the ice cream cake to my truck... GREAT STAFF
I love DQ but this place it horrible. I was so excited to get one closer to my house. Their cones no matter what size are always stale!!! I guess I'll continue to go to the one on 59 and E. Mt Houston. Theirs are always fresh and ice cream is good without any after taste.
Awsome! A1 service... the ladies in the front n management were great! I live far from here but if around the area will definitely visit again
Horrible service. They take their sweet time when restaurant volume is high. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my most hated enemy
The line is rediculous! Then getting to the menu to order the lady is now outside and says there system is down. Ok, I replied can I pay cash. This sad soul response is “she don’t know how to total”. Dairy Queen please educate your employees. On how to properly Total!!
The kids behind the counter acknowledge the order as given by my wife whom is allergic to yellow cheese. This kids was so preoccupied he sent the order back to the kitchen which was made as the ticket stated. Then had the nerve to put the n no lame on my wife.
I give this DQ one star because there was no ZERO. Waited almost 10 minutes for a simple dip cone and a regular cone. There were two young kids at the counter who seemed constantly turned around looking in the back for orders or what ever ?? Not only this, they had there arms around each other why the young man kissed the young lady on the cheek. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. Saw no sign of a manager unless it was one of these two which in that case terrible way to do business. Our cones were finally acknowledged when my husband went up to the counter to inquire. They then rushed over to him and said they were waiting on the dip. “Whatever”!! Go to the DQ on North Park. Little further to drive from Atascocita area but much more professional and engaging with customers Management should be ashamed!!
This location is probably the worst Dairy Queen that I have ever been to. Drive-thru attendants are often rude and short with taking orders. I've been in customer service most of my job tenure and know that people with sour attitudes shouldn't be in this particular field.
