I really enjoy cicis but this location was horrible. Manager on duty or lady in the green shirt was not pleasant nor did she listen & she seemed to know less than the workers. I asked 3 workers for the cherry coke to be changed bc it was obviously out & they didn’t even understand what I was asking so it stayed nasty & flat my entire stay. I work food service i would’ve changed it for them if I could bc that’s ridiculous. They did more smirking & laughin with each other than anything else. Definitely one star service & I’m from out of town. Glad I know where not to come!
Food was warm and plentiful but I found a long hair on my pizza slice (not mine; I have short hair).
I love Cicis's and I'm grateful it still up and running. I always come here every month and don't stop doing so. Now if you're wondering why I am giving them 4 stars is because they need to have more stuff to eat not just soup, pizza, and dessert. I went to other Cicis's and they have more stuff to eat. So I hope in the future they add new stuff to eat.
The food was edible I wouldn't come back there was a smell by the drinks and the restroom and I wasn't the restroom I almost threw up to say that my 5 year old asked what the smell was someone clearly doesn't clean the drains I gave the food a try the chicken soup it was alright selection is very limited like 4 types of pizza a basic very basic salad soup cheese sticks and brownies and pies
They do not accept coupons. Let old pizza sit without making any more. And there is a sewage smell coming from the drink station.
Great pizza buffet. I also enjoyed the soup. Sticky floors and I couldn't find the cheese and pepper packets. But it's a great pizza if I can still enjoy it without extra cheese and pepper.
Worst Service!Went to the place and my sis wanted to play the games we put the money in the token machine and instead of giving out tokens it only took our money went to the Manager ruby she said she was going to call the guy that fixes it and to come next time to get our money back we went back she said that there wasn't no money in the tokens making us seem like we were lying SHE gave is the WORST services would totally not recommend this place!
This restaurant is clean. The pizza is good and changed out regularly.
Had a coupon and was told they don't accept it. The coupon said it is accepted unless it's a to go only store. This is not a to go only store. $10.50 a person after tax for lunch is just too much for a meh buffet experience. The crust is hard and lack luster. The lettuce was super wilted and even slimy on some places. Just not good enough quality food for the price. I recommend hanging a sign out your door if you don't accept coupons that come directly from your website and official social media accounts. But then you couldn't trick people into eating there, right?
Good only i wish they had different pizza flavors not just only like 4 diferent ones.
