Was my first time eating at a Chuy's while on vacation in Texas. It was pretty mid with some good and some bad food. The queso and tortillas was the best thing about the restaurant. I was not impressed with the "fajita chicken" it tasted like it was premade and frozen. The red chili sauce that was on the enchiladas was BAD and tasted so bitter like no exaggeration on that. The restaurant itself had a musty mildew smell and had the vibe of a basement with the smell. In Oklahoma they have a Chuy's but it is way better in taste and environment.
Great food good atmosphere and great wait staff
Went to Chuy's for my husband's birthday. It was our first time. The waitress was really good and she ended up bringing us a plate with a taste of all the salsas they offer. The food was very good and the atmosphere was also good.
My go to is typically a Chimichanga which is called Chuychanga. It was decent, little smaller than expected. Tried the new sauce but cannot remember the name of itFajita meat was very tender, wish I would have had that instead, but needed my chimi fix. Host was great and was very helpful with the T-shirts (bought Tacocat, Juan Solo and Jingle Bell Guac). Server was attentive and friendly.
Chuys is by far the best place I've eaten at Emily and Jim are awsome!
Our waitress was great. Food was very good and got fast. Got to see our dog's pic on the wall!
Due to diet restrictions, there are only two items I can eat here. One being the Mexi-Cobb salad and I usually get the vinaigrette dressing with it. Over about the past 6 months I’ve had three different occasions where they bring the salad to the table to me and tell me they are out of the vinaigrette dressing. So am I just supposed to eat it dry ? It’s gotten to the point that I feel like I have to ask when I walk through the door whether or not they have it so I know whet
Such amazing customer service! Made our friend feel really special for their birthday. Great food! Absolutely loved their blueberry pineapple frozen margarita. Their chips, salsa, & green dip they give are absolutely better than ANY single Mexican restaurant I have ever been to!
