Horrible Horrible arrived at 9:05p was instructed to go through drive through. Sat there for over 10 min no one answered. I then drove around to the window and was ignored. After blowing guy finally came to window and stated ... we only have few pieces of chicken, coleslaw and mash potatoes. Again it's 9:20. Sir so I can't even get fries that take 3 min to fry ... no ma'am those are cold he stated. Please do better you close at 10pm if it was 9:50 I would understand an hr early I do not.. do better. Went to Popeyes and was treated like royalty. Never again !!!
Sat outside to place an order, for about 20 minutes, no one would answer. Ever time we give them to redeem themselves, they screw up more. We drove drove off, went to Popeyes...
Food was dry, customer service not great at all. As well they asked me for my pin number thru the drive thru. For my bank card?
I’m very familiar with this church’s chicken since being a child in middle school. So I usually know what to expect. Today I want to commend the crew tonight on their warm, sweet, excellent service. After getting off a long work day it was so nice not to have go through any hassle. Fries weren’t available but the way in which I was told this go round made me so appreciative. Please keep this crew around.
Went through the drive thru and no one took my order. Went inside and no customers, so don't understand why no one took my order. I asked , my question was ignored. Foods okay. The lady frying the food was fast.
I mean, it's church's. What you'd expect, but not as bad.
This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. It looked dirty and the manager was possibly training a kid that looked too young to be working and wasn't in uniform. They locked the doors at 5pm on a Friday as soon as we came in. Before I decided to get off I went to the drive thru and sat there for about 15 mins with no response or anything. I don't see this location being there for much longer.
My husband loves Church's chicken ?. But I think it's dry and flavorless. The mash potatoes are good. The Jalapeno poppers are empty, when they should be filled with cheese. The chicken strips are hard to bite into. I do love the biscuits with honey. The coleslaw was pretty good ?. The wait time was about average 15-20 minutes for a Tuesday night.
The Joseph Norelli guy who commented a “5 stars” is an employee. What a JOKE!!I came here today and wanted spicy chicken and Mac & cheese. Guy over the intercom wasnt really friendly and had a nonchalant attitude. Anyway they had NEITHER… I ended up calling the church’s on 1960 and 59. Nice lady over the phone confirmed they didn’t have any but that if I could wait 10 minutes they’d have both ready. I said absolutely and placed my order, I arrived, paid, and had my food in no time. I will 100% drive 15-20 for chicken especially if their customer service is above and beyond.
One of the few fast food restaurants my family still enjoy. It's perfect for those nights where cooking is not the option.
