People in this location I saw over 40 yrs old working this is why it's so clean and chicken done just great. Went in a Wed around 6pm. Chicken was so crisp. Quick service.
Chicken is good WHEN ya'll have it ready. There's always a good 30 minute wait on just the Chicken.
Pretty fast but the chicken was soggy and had no crunch.
I came Christmas Eve at maybe 4 the girl upfront was so sweet my food was fresh and good !! made my whole day !!!
I've always loved the fried chicken from Church's since I was young. Though the food hasn't changed, the service certainly has unfortunately. Got my family the twelve pice family meal. We were missing 2 pieces of chicken from it. I asked for a large side order of french fries an they gave me a medium. AND COLD! The family meal came with biscuits...BUT NO BISCUITS CAME! Also, one of the spicy drum stick was over cooked an not edible at all. Chewy with a bit of burn. Very disappointed in this place...I'm going to have to find me another place. 2 stars because atleast some of the rest of the food was good.
This was the worse churches I’ve been the store was empty and the employee that was helping us with our order constantly kept messing it up and would even get mad when we would say the order was wrong he kept touching his nose and proceeded to serve our order without even washing his hands he was being rude about everything and wasn’t even dressed properly like the other employee in there he was wearing some old baggy shorts and a normal t-shirt only reason you could tell he worked there was because he was wearing the churches hat. It just made me loose my appetite never eating there again.
The mash potatoes no good it wasn't made right really bad experience had a bad dinner ?
When it comes to fried chicken. Everyone close to me knows where I like to go. Church's is my second choice. Sometimes their chicken tastes like it's been under the warmer for far too long. But their spicy and honey BBQ Sandwiches are very good and those biscuits .... fire! Plus I love that they have fried okra. So when I happen to be close by and feeling like fried chicken, I just might stop by.
Chicken is hot and fresh but management as well as the employees. Management is very undecisive specials for example one lady wanted to exchange one special for another one and receive the same discount which it all made sense it was about the same value but management wouldn't work with her I think this is bad customer service and public relations and people skills they really need to get on top of that so I gave him a three I may be scoring them just a little high.
Fried Chicken was sitting around for a bit, but the fried chicken sandwich was very good and freshly cooked. Fried Okra was good as well.
