If I could give this establishment zero stars or negative stars then I would. The atmosphere of this place was warm, friendly, welcoming, and amicable. However, I have strong disdain for the meal that I delighted myself in yesterday. The rice was half-cooked; barely any vegetables in the Mongolian beef combo; portion of the meat was diminished. Even the egg rolls were below sub par. This is the best explanation that I could give based on the horrible encounter I had with the food. China River in 2013 did not taste like what I had yesterday. I am used to my cuisine being cooked thoroughly and properly. All I can say is different generation, different cooks will comprise of various tastes, which is not appeasing.
we use to eat here alot was very disappointed had cold chips and one of the chips looks like it had a roach leg on it. was very hard to enjoy my food thinking if it was a leg or not. Then we ordered an appetizer which you should get before your food we got the food then the appetizer. Then we had to keep getting up to ask for things, But they expected a tip as well no not happening. Will not be back again. They seem to focus on the Togo orders instead of the orders from people dinning in.
I place an order through GrubHub. And I Had A Horrible Experience. My time showed to arrive at 6:18 to 6:28. That change, then Became 7:40 to 7:50. When My Food finally arrived was cold, and not good at all. Tasted asif it had sit out, no one wanted it, so it was sold to me. I ate it anyways, got totally sick, and upset stomach. So I am so Displease, with the Service. Want Be Ordering, from here Again. Very Poor Service.Not Good At All.
First time here - this place doesn't look like much on the outside, but I was thoroughly impressed by the food! Not only was it good, the options on the menu were great. Decent prices, clean facility, and friendly attentive staff.I got the lemon chicken and didn't expect the chicken to be pan fried panko with lemon sauce. Normally it's batter fried chicken. Large portions, so I had some to take home. Can't wait to try another item on their menu.
We ordered from here several times and every time it's the driver is on the way or he had an order in front of yours. It's always it'll be 30 minutes which ends up to an hour. One time it was 90 minutes before they arrived. They never even apologized or offered any customer service.The last time was last draw I cancelled the order and then they tried to NOT CXL the order and when they finally did they quote "you will have bad credit with us and you will not be able to order from them anymore" ohh no....wherever will I get Chinese food from again.The food isn't worth the wait, SKIP THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS.
I have ordered food alot lately since I am busy college student about 3-4 nights a week for the last three weeks now. Tonight I ordered the dinner special and it usually comes with an egg roll. Called them up to let them know they forgot it and they argued that they put it in the bag. I explained to them that this is the first time this happened, and they offered me to drive back to get it. I am not driving back to pick up an egg roll you forgot. Poor service, don't argue with a repeat customer that has never had an issue with your service. Won't be returning. Trash.
It was ok. Kind of weird. I ordered a lemon chicken. It was this really flat chicken fried in some kind of grainy batter. Cut in strips. I have never seen a dish quite like it. It was very tasteless. I will no go again.
Awesome taste and the portions are huge. Wow. I am amazed. I would definitely go again. These are lunch portions. I had about 3 pieces of chicken and a few spoons of rice. Both come with egg roll and soup too. Definitely recommend. The low price is hard to beat. Like $7-$8 per meal. Wow.
