Went there with my family after church. The restaurant wasn't busy only a few customers seating in the restaurant. My wife, two kids and myself stood at the front waiting for a hostess to seat us or even acknowledge us for 10 minutes. There were three employees that I noticed se us and say nothing to us. We patiently waited thinking that surely someone would say something but no nothing. We ended up leaving due to the lack of customer attention or just simple curiosity to say someone will be with you shortly. It's no wonder this location has such a low rating I will not be coming back!

We were a group of 7. The service was very quick despite the lunch rush. Our drinks were at our table within minutes, and all our orders were brought out within 10 minutes. Our server made sure we were okay and brought us to go drinks at the end of the meal!
Please close this location. I understand being short of staff, hence the reason why all patrons we're seated in the bar area. But the place was not clean and in disarray. We ordered fajitas, only to learn there were no onions. We ordered a swiss burger, add tomatoes, only to learn there were no tomatoes. The burger also lacked swiss. The bartenders worked hard, although the server was nearly dropping his pants. This location is a sore to the community and should be dismantled or revamped. Do not visit here. You will regret it.
This location is poor and a sore to the community. They were out of onions and tomatoes. My burger lacked cheese that I requested. All patrons were squeezed in the bar area because of short staff, which I can understand. Even still, this was unacceptable.
I placed a to go order and they took twice as long as they said it would take despite showing up an hour before close. I also ordered a side of avocado ranch and they left it out without telling me they ran out. And my white spinach queso looked like the ingredients were just thrown in without being cooked, it wasn’t even warm

I am no one to write reviews but was very upset with the curbside service here. If you are unable to maintain it, put up a sign to let people know. I order online and went to pick up my order curbside where it says to just sit back and relax and they will be out shortly. To be darte, I still signed in to let them know I was there. Me and 4 other cars never got attended. After about 20 minutes of waiting and calling with no answer, I finally went inside to check on my order. It had be ready that by the time I got it my drink was watered down and my food was cold. I asked the person working curbside today (12/17 at 2:30pm) if they were attending people outside like the sign said and she basically said they weren’t since it was just her, yet there was no mention of it.
They were under staffed and the tables were dirty and needed to be bussed. The food was not well prepared. I had the lunch combo chicken fajitas, they were burnt, my date had the salmon it was not cooked all the way through and was cold in the center. The bartender and servers that were working during my visit were super nice and did the best they could with the people they had there on shift.
Last night me and my 3 children went to eat here. The service was mind blowing and NOT IN A GOOD WAY. We were seated at our table by a nice woman and were told our waiter Antonio would be with us soon. This waiter greets us initially in a friendly manner and then asks us what he wanted our drinks to be. He tried engaging in awkward conversation. He slid a child’s menu in front of me and told me”You should order from this menu because this is what you sound like.”(because I was not sure how to use the digital menu) STRIKE ONE! He then told me that my color scheme of my outfit was wrong and that the truth hurts sometimes STRIKE 2! He THEN went and got a stuffed toy kitten off another’s guests table and put it to my face and told me I was a cat lady. When the food was bring to us a meal was missing. My oldest daughter and I were becoming extremely annoyed as to why her meal was not being served to her. HE FORGOT TO PLACE THE ORDER. HE HAD ONE JOB… TO TAKE ORDERS AND FAILED MISERABLY AT THAT. He insulted me and couldn’t even get my order right. I WISH THIS WAS A MADE UP STORY BUT THIS LITERALLY HAPPENED. Antonio ruined our dining experience and my date night with my children and really should be fired for that.
