Missing two boxes of 12 count nuggets we ordered tonight.This location has done nothing but decline over the past 5 years or so. Not sure why...management change? Hiring standards? Training standards? Lack of proper management?Time and time again they get my orders wrong. I try to check before driving away but often realize after I get home.The kids working here are friendly and provide good customer service...they just can't count apparently.I've been eating at this location for 16+ years. Used to be Excellent....not anymore. Sad really...Update: changed from 3 stars to 2 stars. Drove back to retrieve the 2 boxes of missing nuggets. Drove back home. Opened boxes...got one 12 count nugget and one 4 count strips....they still didn't get it right. This is ridiculous!
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the dressing for the salad was left out. Otherwise, the chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, the waffle fries were delicious and the salad very well prepared.I went through the drive thru and the staff have that down to a science. Very fast service.
This is a pretty good franchise foodwise, they're just very slow. The drive through backs up really bad. It's really way too much business at times for the small lot. Traffic backs up onto the road and into the other parking lots. The drive through order takers are really fast. It seems to be an issue in the kitchen. Maybe the location is too small for the business it gets. I'm all for them opening up another Atascocita location!
The only reason I come to the establishment is because it’s the closest one near me. There have been way too many occasions where I get food and always always always find something missing in my bag/ order it is highly frustrating to constantly receive poor service where the employees are constantly chit chatting among themselves and no even says “my pleasure” I came to pick lunch up for my sister and order a shake among that i wait, wait and waited until finally it was communicated to me that they needed to get ice cream which is no problem but I still have to wait longer and finally decide to go in to figure out what’s taking so long then even after waiting in the vehicle for a while they say that they are out of strawberry and no one is properly communicating with the customer because if I wouldn’t have went in I wouldn’t have know. but to come to find that there are a sworn of employees just huddling among themselves inside and out just talking and not having a sense of urgency. Very low accuracy, no sense of urgency and aren’t courteous but I know it doesn’t reflect every employee there but of majority of who I saw. And still have to go back inside because they forgot to give me my beverage as well. I would like to see a positive change in the establishment.
Stopped by today for an easy snack/ lunch used the drive thru due to my recent surgery. I specifically asked for 2 types of sauces, ranch and honey roasted BBQ. To my surprise I had 2 HRBBQ and several BBQ suaces. I had to pull around park get out and to my surprise again the pedestrian walk way is blocked..... at this point t I was wishing I waited till I got home. You know this location is very limited on space and access which they need to have a study done to have better parking service.One thing for sure they need to implement respect to the pedestrian walk way they are there for a reason. Good thing I didn't have my wheel chair other wise I probably would have needed to wait longer.If I would receive this print out before going on it would help see the mistake before going all around .
This is the second time I have gotten some poorly packed food from this location. I purchased 20 chicken minis and this is how BOTH boxes were packed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is not quality at all.
I like chick fil a but will never go back to this one! First they don’t seem to want you in their parking lot as it is all blocked off coming in from the shopping center. Parked in what was clearly a parking spot only to have a rude teenager tell me quickly that I had to move. Finally parked in a curbside spot and went in. Weird set up inside with someone just standing there with an iPad taking orders. Had to wait an unusual amount of time for just a drink.
The worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke, but this time, my family waited so long to get out of the drive-thru that we were able to eat our meal. The people are rude and unorganized. I won't return to this location.
I have always had a good experience at Chick-fil-A restaurants until this time. I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun. As I started to eat my no-bun sandwich, I noticed there was a bug in it. I had already driven away. I had to return, go inside, and tell who I believe was the manager. He apologized and offered to give me a new sandwich, but I declined and just asked for a refund, which he did.The service is always good; it is unfortunate that this happened.
Love this place! Though my wife always seems to want to go Sunday when they are closed. LOL ? But I stopped by with my mom to grab a bite, and the counters were empty, like one small screen. No registers, no corral fence or what ever keeps people from cutting a line. Also, not sure what's going on but where as McDonald's half the time over salts their frys, Chick-fil-A's food tasted like everything had pickle juice in it and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a bit. Good, but not so great... Hope to give a better review next time. Stay blessed! ?
