The place is clean, employees are fast and friendly, food is hot and delicious! Love it!

I work at The Fix store its been 6 months and I eat here everytime, lately they have been made the fries size smaller and small amount. From now on popeyes will be my option. I am very disappointed.
Smh This is by far the worst Chick Fil A I’ve been to. Who’s training these people. What happen to “My pleasure”?This little girl act like she didn’t want to serve us but as soon as some little boy show up for service she’s all smiles. I know finding good people to work is hard now but come on Chick Fil A, hire better people or you’re going to lose customers.

* Follow me on my Google account for more reviews.The service was slow, there were three associates standing around, watching us waiting for a cashier to assist us. They didn't want to help at all. Another associate finally came out from the back and helped with our orders.The ceiling was filthy, their fryer and equipments looked dirty as if they havt cleaned them. Plus the portion of we paid for was not up to standards. Very disappointing.
I told the cashier Angel my order. One large deluxe chicken sandwich meal with a large lemonade and an eight count grilled nugget meal with a large unsweetened Arnold Palmer. After paying and waiting, she only gave me the deluxe with small fries and a small lemonade then proceeded to give me a small Arnold Palmer. Then everyone in the kitchen started cleaning and pretending my brother and I weren’t still there waiting. After standing for 15 mins, I was told that not only did Angel not add the nuggets, she charged me for a completely different order. So I just tried again to order the nuggets and they complained about the wait time so I just left. I’m not hating, we all have bad days, but they even had other customers waiting on them to even cook the food. Super annoying.
I love the griled chicken with lettuce and ? tomatoes ? even the fried chicken sandwich everyone one here so nice at the chick ? flea love them too.
