Chic fil a is great food with wonderful service. What’s not to like?
food is excellent but the service and staff wow just MAJOR disappointment except the young man in the dining room and to top it off none of the young Children could play in the playground because way older kids are shaking and destroying the play equipment and yelling like crazy ..
I would give this location a 0 if I could. I ordered a salad thru the drive through on 5/31/22. It had a huge flying bug in it!! It was so disgusting and still makes me sick to think about it. I immediately called the manager and she told me to send a picture. I have sent 3 emails with pictures and they have completely ignored my emails. No response and no refund. So disgusting and disrespectful to their customers. Save your stomach and go some where else!!
Me and my family came here today and when we walk in we were told to have a seat and they will come take our order. Multiple people walk in after us and they help them and completely ignore is. My husband had to get up and go get them to help us. Then the order comes out and a guy is walking around asking tables if it is for them even ppl that have food. And I tell him it's over by the play ground green shirt. As I was waiting for the bathroom as it is a 1 person bathroom with 2 toilets... He ignores me and keeps asking people. Then we get our food it is missing a fruit bowl. I go to the counter and about 10 people look at me and don't even acknowledge me. They same guy finally asks. Well they don't have any and say they will make one. We waited over 20 minutes and I am currently still waiting for this fruit bowl. I will never be back to this location. Horrible service. And when you walk over by the bathroom and pass kitchen it smells like really old nasty grease. Everyone is to busy attending to the drive thru and have 1 person working the dining area which is not empty by any means . Definitely needs more than 1 person and needs people that actually will care about the customers.
Chick-fil-A around the world is known for fast, friendly and accurate service, unfortunately, this location is quickly becoming just another neighborhood McDonald's where you wait for at least 10-15 minutes in line, and when you finally place your order, the food you get will more than likely NOT be what you ordered, the food will be POORLY prepared and the BLATANT disregard for what customer service will be rather apparent at this location... DOWN RIGHT TO NOT EVEN INCLUDING NAPKINS or heavens forbid including KETCHUP in your bag!Poor service at best... This is definitely NOT the first time this happens to us or someone we know at this location, and that's why we thought long and hard about posting this review, but today has just been one time too many. Hopefully this location can get their act together and do right by their customers... Come on guys, a little interest in your customers goes a LONG way.
The chicken was really good. Feels like the best one yet. The drive thru line is long but it does go very quickly.
Worst location ever. No signs when you enter, but apparently you're supposed to sit down and they come to you to take your order. However no one comes and no one is at the counter. They are all running around for the drive thru. Not one person helps you at all. Not one.
No more lines to place your order!They take your order at the table now. They might need to train their staff little more. It was not organized yet. I waited a while to order and a couple who came after me got to order first. Restrooms were dirty nd no toilet paper ...
Food is always superb. The manager on duty during lunch , was the best! My order was messed up, but they truly compensated me! I left overly satisfied
Food was horrible, our sandwiches tasted as if they were reheated in oil and all 3 of us spent the night in the restroom. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CHICK-FIL-A ON 59FRWY IN HUMBLE E V E R AGAIN, THE ONLY BAD CHICK-FIL-A EXPERIENCE SINCE LIVING IN TEXAS 2 DAYS BEFORE IKE HIT. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!
