Always my got to. A great go to place for a fresh homemade sandwich. Love the chili and the fresh French bread.
It wasn't very good. Ordering wasn't very easy. The menu is a photocopied reused sheet. The chili is from a can. The sandwich was dry. I don't see any reason to go back.

Great luncheon sandwiches and salads at ridiculously low prices. Fast friendly service is always the norm. Oh I almost forgot that the soups are really good especially the vegetable soup. The owners are longtime residents of the community. Try the food you want be disappointed.

One of the staples of Kingwood lunch spots. Chelsea's has been serving the best deli spot in the area for decades. The chicken salad on croissant is amazing, the super po boy is perfect for when company is in town. Go earlier in the day as bread stocks run low by evening.
I want to give Chelsea’s FIVE stars, I really do, but for YEARS now, they have been running out of French bread after the lunch rush. It is beyond annoying. We are talking an item worth pennies. Nine times out of ten, after lunch, you can bet your bottom dollar that they are flat out. I have walked out or canceled an online order, I don’t know how many times, because of this. CHELSEA’S, if you are reading this, you are losing so much business because of French bread!!!!!! This seems business foolish!

Kingwood staple. I am 23 years old and my grandparents have been going here since before I was born. Everything is good. Best chicken salad and egg salad around. My favorite is either Turkey or Roast Beef on French Bread. And for breakfast the croissant with bacon egg and cheese is just delicious. If you live in Kingwood or even just in Houston you need to come here.
This place may not look much on the outside however their sandwiches are amazing! It’s a must try.
