Better than we expected. Friendly attentive staff, Siad took excellent care of us, recommend the new entrees, which were very good, and a delightful manager who took time to ensure all was well. I tried the new tilapia dish and was not disappointed. Really very good flavor and portions. Fajita enchiladas are a traditional classic, you can't go wrong. Separate from mall food court give patrons a quite comfortable place to relax and enjoy some fine tex mex. Glad to go back anytime we're in town.
Prices have SKYROCKETED! For ONE fajita "lunch menu" taco was $10! They server was not really friendly.... will probably be our last time.
I know Mrs Martha is a great manager and this don’t reflect on her .. The young lady was checking us in on a Sunday at 12:44 and said there would be a wait . I said why no one’s here . She stated the kitchen was backed up and only serving a few at a time . I counted only 7 tables that people were sitting down. I asked to speak with manager and she said she wasn’t available. I am very disappointed in Casa ole as it’s on a Sunday at lunch time with the church crowd and can’t be served .. The restaurant is very empty.
Not a good experience at this location in Deerbrook Mall! Nothing was cooked right, I had the fried Avocado, which was stuck to the plate and the Avocado wasn't ripe it was very hard!! I recommend the Casa Ole on Hwy 6 close to Little York rd. They never disappoint at that location, everything always fresh!!
Ok so came here for the first time at 8:05 waited de someone to come at 8:18 someone finally popped up, and I was told they are closed at 8 when internet says 9 pm…what a waist of time and trip…Rude employees at that and I saw people inside eating..my mother who is elderly by the way..needed to use the restroom and they didn’t let her and pushed us out the door!!?? Some little old lady told us they have no public restrooms but they still could of let my mother use the restroom I will be contacting cooperate
First off let me say that their hours online are not accurate. I arrived like at 8:20 and walked in no one at the counter and there was still people sitting and eating. I waited and finally got tired of waiting and walked to the back by the restroom and got approached finally to be told they were closed. I asked and said online says they close at 9 and was told that they need to fix and change that and will get to it. So my mom needed to use the restroom and was gonna go untill another associate walked up and said were closed. My mom said we knew that but could she use the restroom, the same associate said no we are closed and we already cleaned them. Mind you that they still had customers sitting and eating so I guess they weren't gonna be allowed to use the restroom. So we told her that and she then responded we don't have public restrooms. I just wanna say she was very rude since the start of the interaction and was very unprofessional. I would have been a customer if they went by the time that it says online.
Yummy food, clean restaurant, and we'll maintained! Martha the manager was amazing, she came to speak with us and takes lots of pride in her work!
We have been to this location several times lately and it’s GREAT. The service is on their game, the chips are the crispiest chips EVER, they keep the dips and drinks refilled, the prices are on point, love their combo plates, margaritas are delicious and the restaurant is very clean. I have always loved Casa Ole, but this location makes me love it even more.
Food was great but they must be short on staff as things took longer than the should. Had to get the woman serving chips and salsa to get us water. Waitress forgot my chili con queso
We were at the mall and felt like a bite. We saw this restaurant and decided to check it out. We were so glad we did. The wait staff was great and the food was so delicious. Stop by and check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
