My wife and I visited BK in Humble on 16-May 22 some 650 pm to have some burgers for dinner... While ordering our food at the counter another customer in the drive thru complained about cold fries. The employees, were standing next to me, saying BRO, I WISH SHE WOULD COME IN AND COMPLAIN.... Once my food was ready, my burger was cold, my onion rings were cold and stale and our order was just wrong, in several ways. There was also a hole in the bottom of the cup they have me that leaked all over the table. In fear of being shanked by one of the employees, 5 of which had neck tattoos, and my fear of confrontation, I decided against it.. for me it's fight or flight and to be honest, THIS BURGER KING LOCATION is not worth going to jail for.... In I am beyond disappointed. Another note, the employees kept yelling to one another from behind the counter at each other, two of them, in the dining room playing loud music on their phones while we ate. I felt like I was intruding on their playground.....

Today I decided to go to this location for lunch and unfortunately it was one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve had. They gave me an incomplete order and what they did give me was made wrong. I let them know and it took them two more times to give me everything I ordered correctly. I usually am very understanding but it was truly upsetting how many times it took them to get it right. Once I got back to my office to eat the meal that I ordered, I became even more upset after unwrapping my sandwich. It was cold, almost stale, and there was only a tiny bit of mayo and wilted lettuce placed on only one end of the sandwich, not even enough to cover half. I ate what I could as I was really hungry and my next meal wasn’t until I got homefrom work. BIG MISTAKE. I am currently feeling super nauseous and sick. Everything about my experience is completely unacceptable. This location needs the proper training in order to provide at least decent customer service.

Line only consisted of 2 vehicles. Took a long time to get my order. Staff was rude starting from the drive thru. Reached window, cashier was rude. Recieved my drink with soda dripping all over. The top wasn't on correctly. He then proceeds to give me the napkins like I did the mess. Soda was also dripping from his hand. Fries were cold . Burger wasn't how I ordered. Wrong flavor drink. This place need customer service training. Maybe they need to learn from chick fil a which is right next door. This burger King is A$$

Very unsanitary. Cashier take the money and then he's one handle the food without a cloves. He put his hand inside a bag to open the bag to put a burger in and same hand did take a dirty money.Then he put a burger in the bag and touch a fries . Absolutely disgusting. I complaint with a Manger of store and she's said that What they normally do. Really??Use the cloves people.

How do you get the order correct on the receipt but throw whatever you want in the bag to give the customer?!? Only thing correct was the drinks and our order wasn’t even made when we went into get our actual order. Ridiculous.

Thw drive thru took forever, about 20-25 minutes .. there was no way to get out of line... My order did t come with ketchup or dipping sauces. I have fries, nuggets, and those chicken fries... Also got a whopper and double stacker king. Everything tasted good and hot so no complaints. I just hate that I didn't get ketchup or other condiments.. the window guy was nice.

DISGUSTING. I’m pregnant and received two RAW Raw patties on my double whopper, didn’t receive my fries, asked for no pickles and seem to have gotten extra, and didn’t receive my Oreo milkshake. It would be great to eat a burger without having to worry about harming my unborn baby with Toxoplasmosis because of lazy workers. My boyfriends nuggets were stale and our overall experience was horrible. I’ve had better food at a jail visit, it’s ridiculous.

We ordered from the app. Get there and they tell us that they did not have two of the items that we requested. Melo Yellow & onion rings. The drive thru worker gave a look of disapproval when we asked for the theee combos to be put in separate bags. They handed us one bag of food and one empty bag for us to do it ourselves. We pulled up to check our food and they failed to give us one of our fries. When we got to our destination to eat the whopper meat was burned, fries were cold and the diet soda was flat.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

In need of better staff... Went to get lunch and had to wait a while 30 minutes inside in line... Wasted my entire lunch break, had to get my money back no pont of buying food if I can't eat it and had to go back to work without eating lunch. Worst day ever.

Super slow. Drive thru cashier was texting on her phone. Then she walked away when my order was ready. Someone else had to come to the window and hand me my order. Zero stars.
