Says they're open till 2am, we came in a little before 12. Server seen us twice and didn't acknowledge us. She just kept looking at us as she was cleaning a table. If the place is closed or if only the bar was open it would have been nice if she told us. We stood there for a good while. She just kept walking around. There was a family we thought was seated when we came in, nope, they were waiting for her too and they ended up leaving. We left shortly after them.
Ordered a delivery order. Was told they lost the wings so they cancelled the order with DoorDash. This is not the first time this has happened, and I always have to go into the restaurant days later to get them to start the refund process. They are a group of simple minded people who slug about a sad sports bar. The owner/manager was a rather gross appearing woman with zero customer service experience. She's got two brain cells that are fighting over third place. Avoid this place. New Caney location has longer waits and I can't speak for the Beltway/Fall Creek location.
So we ran into a couple snags with our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings but the manager was quick to fix it for us and we appreciated her being willing to make things right because there were mistakes made. I don't know if it was just a mistake but we had no way of telling what wings were what and the server couldn't tell them apart either so that was a little frustrating. We also didn't get a part of our order but we weren't charged for it either so anyway that was why I dropped the rating to a 4 and it would have been worse if the manager had not stepped in and try to make things right
Super friendly service, cold beer, and delicious wings served hot and crispy. I’ve not been been to a BWW in years and I’m glad we stopped in today. Lots of TVs. I had eleven different shows I could watch from my seat.
The staff are the most awesomely, friendly people I’ve ever met and they treat you like family every time you go in there…..
Had lunch with my wife, daughter and granddaughter. Was a great meal, i had a salad? they all had various flavors or wings? delicious crispy onion rings for an appetizer.
Went in today. Restaurant was not busy at all. Took a few minutes to get seated as no host was there. After getting sat we waited about 15 minutes for a server but no one came over. I then asked a server/manager walking by and asked them if we could get out waitress/waiter. She immediately quipped back the she was busy with another table… at that point we decided to leave. Won’t be back
Different, is what I found in this place. I have tried many wings in my life from a bunch of places. What I loved about this one is their sauce variety: traditional Buffalo, BBQ, honey BBQ, lemon pepper (definitely you should try this one). Service was expeditious and warm. Along with the wings, always a cold traditional michelada beer. Oh, BTW, if you love spicy and "picante", please, be aware that these guys put some extra hot to their salsas, so, be careful when ordering since a mild one could be a hot one for most people.
The wings are always delicious at this location! Very recommended! And our server, Shekira is the best! Very attentive all the time! She really made our experience outstanding! :)
I ordered food from here Christmas night . If I was able to give this place no stars I would !!! I got traditional wings that were broken and burnt they weren’t even edible!!! It was horrifying and disgusting!! Didn’t even get my ranch plus my order took over two hours !! When I called the location to inform the manager she said basically it wasn’t her problem !! She can’t do anything about inedible food coming out of her kitchen due to the fact it was through DoorDash !! Mind you this happened Xmas and I just now got to speak to a manager who clearly doesn’t care about her job or restaurant!!
