I ordered 20 of the Blazing Reaper wings. They're a little spicy. But that's definitely NOT reaper pepper. Correct your spice labels. WEAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My daughter placed an order which I picked up. I got home - a 25 minute drive due to my daughter not realizing which location she order from - and it was incorrect. I called them immediately and the 5 stars are for the wonderful customer service provided by the manager Danielle (sp?). She quickly remedied the issue, apologized and was genuinely concerned with making things right. Very much appreciated! Thanks!
This is my second time ordering here I requested for my wings not to be fried hard and for them to be wet. I don't like to have to leave a review like this but you all need to do better. Not one wants hard over cooked wings.

After paying $80 for wings I was shorted an order of 10 wings for delivery, which was my order. I called and was told I could come and get them, or get a refund. The worker admitted that it was his fault for forgetting it. I said I would take the refund. The worker said he would call the GM and call me back. My phone rang once as a call back, then hung up. I’ve called back 10 times. This is insane. I’ll never order again. Very annoyed.Edited to add: Got a hold of them and the lady told me that she couldn’t refund me and I needed to contact DoorDash, even though I don’t have doordash and ordered directly through the Buffalo Wild Wings app. It didn’t sound right to me, but I tried anyway and was told that they told me that since I ordered directly, they couldn’t help me. So back to calling BWW… got no where again. Even heard the lady in background say “Is it that lady again??” Even though it was their mistake they can’t make it right. No one can process a refund. Waiting to speak with the GM tomorrow.
My second time ever going to a Buffalo wild wings. First time here though. This building is relatively new and since it's close by, I was bound to come here eventually. If any one in your life has ever told you this place is trash. Come here before you take their word. I really like this place. I'll come back just to try more sauces. I tried there mango habanero wings w/ onion rings. Both where great. But that sauce is more spicy then sweet. Just to warn you. I wish they'd lower there prices though. But I'll definitely come back.
My order was missing everything but the wings, they didn’t give me my drink nor fries. And the box the wings were in was literally ripping apart, I had to go and tell them about my half missing order and I asked for a better box to put the wings in myself. First time going here and last time
I came here thinking it was a regular Buffalo Wild Wings. I have never heard of a “buffalo wild wings go” before. If you are looking for a place to have some drinks watch a game and stuff seek elsewhere. I was from out of town. Took Lyft here for nothing. Dumbest concept of BWW I have ever seen.
If I was able to rate it lower, I would! I made my order online and when I came to pick up my order, the store management said they changed their hours. So the new hours weren’t reflected online. I asked for a refund and the manager, while huffing and puffing LOUDLY explicitly said “It’s too much work.” This is by far the worse service I’ve ever experienced and to better help the name and reputation of Buffalo Wild Wings I’d encourage corporate to retrain or re-evaluate their hiring of people with horrible attitudes. It made me feel so uncomfortable.
