My family brought me here for my birthday. Great food, nice service, but it took a good minute for our food to come out. A family of 6 got their food before us; a party of 3 and we ordered before them. So I had to knock down a star for that. But other then that, had a good time.
I have liked eating here since they opened one near me. Food has always been good. Service is almost always good too. I have only had an issue once but thats normal with any business. Food portions are big and very filling. Today we had breakfast. My wife ordered the Grizzly platter. Its very big and so good. I ate the whole thing lol (see pic) Our hashbrowns were not as good as before, kind of dry and needed salt. I ordered the meat lovers omelette. It was good loaded with bacon, sausage and thick pieces of ham. Omelettes are customizable so i added the french toast. It was very good.I usually order the large chicken fried steak, my favorite. The pot roast is great too. They also have the biggest bisquits you have to try them. Definitly worth a try if you have not yet.
I brought my 91 year old Grandmother for lunch today. Aaron served us and was SUPER! He was attentive, made us laugh, and made sure we had everything exactly the way we wanted it. The food was good, portion sizes were large, and Gma had enough left over for dinner tonight. She is already asking when we can go again.
I’ve been to a few Black Bear Diners in California, all great! This one however, has blown my mind with their exceptional customer service. From the moment I came in through the door and was greeted by a warm smile by Jonas. The gentleman that sat us, José Luis, also greeted us and made us feel right at home. Jesus, our server, was on top of our table making sure my table was taken care of throughout our dine-in experience. Even the lady bringing out our food to the table, not only brought us our delicious breakfast, but gave us the warmest of smiles. Jorge, the manager, was greeting, cleaning, hustling and was also super friendly. I loved seeing the culture this team has created, and I definitely recommend anyone in this area to go to this restaurant. Not only for the delicious food, but for the phenomenal experience by the people that work at this establishment.
The food here is surprisingly good! Waitresses are always nice and helpful when you don’t know what to order. Now, that Huckleberry lemonade situation they have is super delicious! I’m not even sure how “Waffle House” got it’s name because this place has the best waffles and syrup!! They should sell the syrup it’s so good! Friday evenings are all you can fish.
I recently went to Black Bear, and I had a server named Kumani, he was very professional and polite and was always prepared, the food was really good and the way they keep the business so nice and tidy was a plus. I will definitely be back again!
as for myself and daughter's very first time entering to this restaurant and I loved it everything was great about it fast customer service fast food didn't have to ask for a refills highly recommended for a family

First time here and I was happy with my food.the Ruben was good, the kids love the pancakes. The bread pudding was really good, it was my favorite of the meal.i would definitely come back for more.they were out of most of the pies so next time.
