The service was phenomenal! Lisa and Jacob were awesome. This is my preferred location. I have tried other locations and have always been disappointed. But the Kingwood location is always on point with providing great food and fantastic customer service. Thank you again Lisa and Jacob….. We will be back ?
Great food and service the 4-5 times I have been there (Kingwood location). Pleasant staff who knows the menu and the portions are ok, but could be better, least with the sides anyway. Wings and meat is always fresh tasting and their batters for different foods are really good.
BCW does it right, and our server was the best. I’m so sorry I forgot his name, because he deserves the recognition. His suggestions were right on point. I wish the tables were less greasy, but I also think it may come with the territory. The burger dilla was great, and the wings, just fantastic.
Good place, great food, their big city burger is on point. The wing seasoning options are awesome and not as limiting as other places. Place isn't too loud where I cannot converse with my friends and family. Manager Carlos is doing a fine job at running this establishment.
First of I’ll say the food is actually pretty good. Some of the best burgers you’ll find in the area but the wings leave something to be desired. Typically they don’t have enough sauce on them compared to other wing places and the entrees and appetizers are a little more expensive than they should be. $9 for fried pickles is a little steep. This place charges more than most restaurants in the area which is unfortunate. I also can’t recommend using Uber eats or door dash as most items on the menu are $2 to $3 dollars more than at the restaurant. (Plus delivery and service fees).Overall this restaurant has good food and a good atmosphere but the pricing is a big turn off for what it is and for being a wing place, the wings fall short.
I have visited this place many times. I actually love the Atascocita location. I came in here and had to wait on tables to be clean yet there wasn’t even a total of 10 tables occupied. We weren’t even acknowledged by our waitress, the manager came and took our drink orders. Our food took forever and when we got it my fries were so cold and so were my wings. Our waitress was more focus on the party of people she had and legit didn’t even pay attention to us until after they left. We all left completely dissatisfied and will not return to this specific location. If I do return it will be to the Atascocita location. But this visit left a bad taste in my mouth period.
There was very limited staff. Terrible lighting. Most of our food was overcooked. We were never given silverware or straws. We will not be returning. We waited 30 min for a check and boxes as well with two small children just losing it.
Wings are the best in town. The wings are very flavorful and very big. Great service! My family and I love it here. That's what keeps us coming back.
Good food and Good service. Enjoyed my evening alone with Good company watching a few games while dining on tasty food!
