This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back! Our Waiter was very friendly and accommodating. All of the staff we interacted were very pleasant and nice. Excited to hear about the new series of smothered fries coming soon! Because those dumpster fries were so delicious! There's such a great selection from the front to the back of the menu, it was hard to choose. Everything sounds amazing. The quality and freshness of our food was most excellent! The wings are better than any wing place around here. The breakfast burger was on point. Bathrooms were clean! Great prices as well. Thank you for such a great first visit. We will be back soon!
Not pleased. My family and I went in tonight to have dinner and we all ordered burgers. I was informed moments later that they did not have enough burger patties to complete all our order. I had to choose something else on the menu so I ordered Lemon Pepper wings. The manager, Charles said that he would take care of us; in fact meant that he would do nothing to compensate for our inconvenience. I didn’t expect anything for free but he could have made my more expensive order due to the restaurants lack the same price as the burger that I originally ordered. On top of that I was served Buffalo Wings instead of Lemon Pepper. I’ve been here several times and tonight I wanted to try one of their burgers for the first time. Oh well. I guess I won’t get that chance now. It was good while it lasted but I’m out. I won’t be going back.
My family have eaten here a handful of times and it’s always the same outcome. The service has always been terrible but the food was decent when we first started going. We decided to give them one last try last night and it was unbelievably terrible. We walked in and the hostess was too engrossed in her teenage drama to even give us a second glance. We stood there for a few minutes thinking she would stop and seat us, nope! We had to ask to be seated! The. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order and another 10 minutes before actually getting our drinks. We ordered our food and it absolutely was not edible. I had the boneless wings which had absolutely no breading on them and were fried to the consistency of jerky. Once again we received no acknowledgment when we left, not thank you, have a nice day nothing! This is an establishment that I will not be going back to.
The chicken tender are handmade and very good, along with the waffle fries and fried mushrooms! The burgers tasted like they were put on grill frozen (I have worked in restaurant business for over 30 yrs.) The wings sauces were all good but the wings themselves are so huge which means they were tough and the lowest quality, un natural. The service was great!
I visited here a few times. This time for the love in my life lol. Crawfish! They are expensive everywhere but here they were nice size (not majorly big yet) and seasoned well. My sister even met me from cross town and chimed in on how she liked the seasoning. I'd recommend.
The wings were fried hard but they were not seasoned or completely cooked through. It was weird and had wild raw taste to it. The margarita was pretty good tho. The waitress was ok but nothing special. The restaurant was surprisingly clean.
I didn't give the food 5 stars. I gave our sweet, energetic and great waitress Madison 5 stars ?? ? ? ? She was very pleasant and loves her job. Hard to find good service like she provided us. Thanks Madison ?
Ryleigh was amazing. She’s an expert on menu items, great personality, tentative and a fast server. My lemon pepper grill chicken baked potato was very good.
Big City is a good place to go that's nearby. The burgers are good and the wings are solid. Their Medium Lemon Pepper is my favorite (medium sauce with lemon pepper). Average beer selection but they have the giant size which is nice. Minus one star for cleanliness. I've gone quite a few times and the tables always feel slimy.
Always on point,customer service is top-notch! Clean, inviting, and I love the Atascocita lighting? We all love the fried Mac and cheese,the Avocado egg rolls -oooh my,my, you need to give them a try! Our family has had the wings,chicken sandwich,bake potatoes,salad, and waffle fries with no complaints. FORGET all the other Wing places and make Big City Wings your go-to!! The drinks and ambiance are great; they have a patio area with games, and you can order food to go. Curb side is available! We have been more than 5 times this year and will continue to do so. Managers and team are doing great, and we never have to wait long!
