My family and I had a great experience!The manager Miguel was awesome!He cleaned our table, brought us everything we needed the shrimp and crawfish were good and HOT!Potatoes and corn were not over cooked.He also came by and made sure we were okay!Amazing customer service!Tip: If you place and order and take along time to pick up don’t expect the food to be hot ?♀️
HIGHLY, disappointing food was decent. Customer service completely sucked. Lady gave an attitude, spoke super fast and got upset when you didn’t understand. She as well got the order wrong and did not go care at all. Began to prance around the place like a child.Wouldn’t Recommend this location at all.ALSO HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO OPEN CRAB WITH. They don’t tell you that. ?

Food tasteless but but customer service was on point and that's why I eats this place a 5. I did like the butter sauce. But food was missing flavor
I ordered from them March 7, 2022… I had the boiled shrimp potatoes and sausage… a day later I ended up with food poisoning! After I had already ate a few shrimp I started to notice none of my shrimp was cleaned… they still had the black line “poop” in them…they had only cut the half way down “butterfly cut” to make it look like it had been cleaned. ??♀️
the young black girl jayla was extremely helpful and so sweet. she made our dine in experience top tier! the service was fast and spot on. most definitely will be back
HORRIBLE ❗️ The food was cold and wrong, I had to drive back here twice…. They refused to give me an refund and insisted that I take the incorrect food and correct order that set out for I don’t know how long…. Children working the cash register…. Everything about this location was ewwww…. I just left without my refund and dropped that old cold food in the garbage.I highly don’t recommend eating here ❗️
Will not be back we waited 30 minutes for some food that they didn't even start to make. The service was nice but it's a no for us.
