I've always came to this location for drinks , this time I ordered fried shrimp . They left the skin on the shrimp took a bite and I was shook . Then asked for a different plate that amounted the same price and they said I had to pay half a the price for the new plate . Looking at them like I'm never coming back again
Incredibly beautiful atmosphere inside the café. Perfect for a date or leisure weekend stay. The coffee are delicious with a wide selection of different drinks. Also has outdoor seating area. Would love to visit again!
Randomly stopped doing their box combos making their stuff insanely expensive for no reason. Food nor the boba is THAT good. I came in and attempted to order a simple order of popcorn chicken tossed in the bbq sauce + fries with garlic salt. Walked in and the cashier who looked 15, and had a bowl cut was on the floor for a good minute, on his phone texting and I waited until he looked up to greet me. Not sure if the phone fried his brain/ears but I repeated what I was trying to order about 8 times before just walking out and leaving. Hire better employees, and notify people when you change your menu. Better off going to tea house for boba/tea and just getting a cheap meal somewhere.
In my life I have not see anything so disgusting Burnt fries and chicken And wrong drink Awful the black pieces were not burnt I don’t know what that is Really not right
Went there to try out the restaurant after seeing. a lot of promotions on almost all social media. We ordered Camo Thai and Garlic butter salt fries. Didn’t like the Garlic Butter salt fries. It seems soggy, not crispy and too much salty. Also about the camo tea: it wasn’t great, it was okay. Only good thing about the restaurant is the nice interior.
Customer service was terrible. I just came in at 9:45 (they close at 10:30) and before I could get to the counter the girl shouted “Our kitchen is closed” twice …. I CAME JUST FOR 2 DRINKS. Never once did she say hello or anything AND I had to ask twice could I order drinks which her co-worker turned and said of course and SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT HIM. Her demeanor was so bad definitely not how you treat customers. There’s nothing wrong with the kitchen being closed but her delivery almost made me say forget the drinks.
I normally don't like to give bad reviews, but I feel this place deserves it. I used to order via UberEats, so I expected to get the same treatment as I usually do. This time, though, I had a coupon, so I went in to redeem that. Once I finished ordering, suddenly my ENTIRE order was out of stock. You're telling me that you guys ran out of chicken tenders, regular fries, ketchup, and peach iced tea without updating me before I ordered?Then when I went to change my order all of the sudden every last drink was sold out. I know for a fact every drink couldn't've been sold out because the other two combos I placed were able to get their drinks. If you want to use your coupons, I don't reccommend this place. Won't be going here in the future.
Zero Degrees offers some good options from boba to smoothies. Although the overall menu option is minimum, majority of their stuff are great and comes with quality.The place may seem small, but I do like the chill vibe and it's quite lively. I definitely seen this place through Instagram and have been reccomended by my friends few times due to the vibe. The customer service was polite and professional, and the order was processed quickly.I would definitely reccomend this place for anyone who lives in or around Bellaire.
Elote is fireeee and their Cajun fries might be the new best for me. Nice location with a fun healthy atmosphere
