Foods was good. But this is small place and not clean. Service is just okay
My friend and I came here around 8:45, and it’s our first time here. I wanted to check this out because I was craving Vietnamese food, and this was one of the few places that’s still open. Of course being our first time, we needed time to browse the menu before we order our food. The moment we sat down they came to ask for what we want to order already. We told them we’re not ready, and the lady, I’m assuming the owner, walked off. I told her as she’s walking that we’d like to start with water to drink first. Right after she walked off, another waiter came to ask us right away. I felt a bit rushed to order. There’s another party on the opposite end of us, and we noticed she was much more attentive and kinder to them. That was a huge red flag for me in terms of customer service. I would rate it less stars, but the food earned points for this place. The ATTITUDE we dealt with was not worth our money.Thái độ phục vụ không tốt. Khách thắc mắc thì tỏ thái độ không hài lòng. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ trở lại.
Food is great but customer service is terrible. We had leftover and asked for empty box to bring it home. Owner gave us 2 but it was not enough, we asked for two more for 2 times but no response. We asked for the third time, they completely ignored us. They have the best Bun dau mam tom in Houston but I'd rather eat somewhere else.
Canh bún in here is the best in Houston so far. It’s really authentic (cuz I’m from Vietnam) and the taste is really similar to the taste of canh bún I had back in Vietnam. Love it! And will always be my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Houston
Not a fancy place, but they have very authentic Vietnamese dishes. The service was fast and server was very pleasant.
Foods were not fresh. Don’t know what the hype of bun dau mam tom is about. It tasted mediocre. Not worth trying.
This place is so bad and very mad with customer. Never come here again.
Staff could smile more but other than that, food was delicious and pricing was super budget friendly
We tried Bún riêu ốc and Bún đậu mắm tôm here. Food was delicious and price was reasonable. The bún riêu ốc portion/bowl was very large.
