My husband and I gave this place a try. It's a beautiful restaurant with excellent food but very poor service. When we arrived, no one came to greet us and we had to walk to the back of the restaurant before meeting someone we had to assume worked there. As we were being seated, our server warned us that they only offer Mediterranean food. I thought that was an odd and unwelcoming thing to say, and it definitely made us feel like outsiders. We ordered apps and drinks to start, and the apps arrived before our drinks did. We had to ask twice for our drinks after being served the apps. I ordered the mint lemonade and it was so phenomenally good and worth the wait. Our entrees came to the table at different times, which was also odd to me, but my food was still warm and delicious by the time my husband was served. He ordered the mixed grill, which was very plain and lacking when compared to other restaurants (especially for the price), but the meats were grilled to perfection and he enjoyed it. I enjoyed the Arayes Kafta. We were going to stay for kunafe and another round of drinks, but a patron lit up a cigarette inside and I couldn't breathe so we had to leave before we even had a chance to box up our leftovers. The hookah never bothered me and actually smelled great, but I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. Also, they automatically include an 18% gratuity to the check.
Wonderful family atmosphere
The place was really nice, today I given 3 stars because one star gone for the service wasn't good, plus the employees none of them was wearing a uniform so we can tell who's working and who is not, the staff need attention, they can't be eating frony of the guests while the business is still running.2nd star for the Ac wasn't enough, so I asked one the staff to turn on the ceiling fans he said they just for decoration:).Sorry if I was harsh.Thanks and good luck

The owner and staff are friendly , the environment is very nice they have live Arabic singer on Saturday, the food is a hit and miss kind of thing
If you are looking for special restaurant with high level services I delicious food , direct go to Ward restaurant where you can find everything special.
My husband ordered beef kabobs, but he received chicken plate instead,so my husband complained to the manager and immediately he brought him his order and kept the other order on the table with no extra charge. Amazing service!
UpdateIt’s preheated food and the portions get smaller also no more fresh bread.It’s only us is the restaurant and the waitress most of the time inside the kitchenEvry time you need bread or anything you have to stop eating and go wait for someone to help you by the kitchen doorThe food was the best I have ever had since I moved to USA 10/10Hand down to Chef George
