I love to go to Wafflez N Cream when they send me their coupon deal alerts because you get more bang for your buck. They always make sure they take care of me and are very polite when you ask them questions. The waffles and chicken are delicious and they have so many flavors and variety. I just love the customer service and friendliness if the employees!

I did not want to order here, but I thought I would be open-minded to the food.Initially, I attempted to order shrimp and grits, but I was told that they did not have any grits. So, instead, I ordered chicken and waffles for myself and a member of my family for $30. The chicken tasted as though the grease needed to be changed. The floor was sticky. Prior to taking my order, one of the staff members was flirting w/I believed to be his GF. The staff member slapped his girlfriend on the rear. The customer service experience was expected. I will not be back.

I had planned to eat at Wafflez n Creamz after hearing about it when the owner spook at my university. He'd mentioned some of the menu items and my mouth immediately started watering; a quick Google search provided pictures that only exacerbated my hunger.I finally made it out this afternoon after son's soccer practice. I decided a visit would serve as a reward for a good season. Enough setup:When we arrived, Wafflez n Creamz was not at all crowded; we were the only patrons and the girls immediately welcomed us and offered help as we'd mentioned it was our first visit. My little guy was offered a free kids meal with the purchase of an adult meal, which is a pretty sweet offer. We ended up with a free half birthday cake waffle and sizeable chicken strip valued at $7.99. I ordered a two-piece chicken and waffle, electing to have a red velvet waffle.As we sat, we were given complementary beignets; they were freshly made, warm, soft, fluffy, and delicious. My chicken was very juicy with a crispy breading that I eagerly obliterated. The waffle was also soft and fluffy with chocolate chips melting on top.The servings are very generous and at a very decent price even before the free kid's plate.Wafflez n Creamz is black owned and it felt good to support a local business. I absolutely recommend eating here; there are plenty of delicious options on the menu and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
First THE FOOD IS AMAZING‼️‼️ But The Customer Service Is HORRIBLE I ordered my food at 1:35pm I didn’t receive my food until 2:25pm and the place was not busy at all !! The lady at the counter told me 15 minutes the food will be ready well it was way over that. I love supporting black owned businesses but this place was just to ghetto for me.There was even employees taking shots on the clock while I was waiting for my food also everybody is on there phones standing around this location has no structure and I will not be BACK!! But I can say the food IS AMAZING but I can only give THEM 3 stars because customer service and being professional is very important.
Had an absolutely amazing experience!!! Me and my daughter order the chicken and waffles meals. She order the Birthday cake waffle and I order the Red Velvet Waffle. The meals were Outstanding!!! Chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience! Would recommend this as one of the best places in Houston to get Chicken n Waffles!!!
Service was great. Very friendly people. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice, not over crowded or nosey like most restaurants. Plus and Plus they deliver as well. Go check it out you won't be disappointed.
I tried a new place today I walked in and I immediately felt at home the manager's greeted me with so much postivity energy I just felt at home their name was the Miriacle and Kayleen in the service was awesome ant the food was off the chain highly recommending to family and friends.
OMG!!!! Where has this restaurant been all my Houston life??? The eggs, grits, and sausage made me nostalgic of Big Saturday morning breakfasts my Momma used to make. Ca c'est bon!!!!! The waffles were so fluffy and delicious. My only complaint is that the wings are a bit salty, but, I will definitely be bringing my family ASAP!!!! #ChefsKiss
We tried this wonderful place today and it was amazing! The food was great, well cooked and the restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. Please do yourself a favor and go eat here you will not be disappointed!!
