Worse customer service ever. No respectful leadership at night. The heavy set lady at night has a bad attitude and lacks customer service skills. We walked in and a guy sat on the table with a blunt in his hand, when the lady told us the cook need a break and we need to wait outside for 20 min, while her and her company, and the cook of course do whatever (Maybe even take a smoke break). Never coming back there again. This is the third time we got nothing but attitude and weird behavior.
The food was good. Our server, Brandy, was energetic and came with great suggestions. I got 4 corners of waffle flavors, and it helped me to do what I love (eat waffles) and experience all those kinds without having to buy 4 waffles! I enjoyed the plain and the pecan best. The grits were a bit clumpy, but I just used my girl to mash everything up . The sausage was thoroughly cooked, which on grateful for. The eggs were perfect and the biscuit was nice and buttery. My friend and I shared the all Star breakfast and I just purchased an extra waffle. Overall, the tip was the most expensive part, but well deserved. Also, the musical selection was very nostalgic and many of us sang along
The staff was great. I won't go back to that restaurant again because of the food that they serve. I always enjoy breakfast, but the quality of the food that I was served was of a lower quality. I would rather pay more for my food and get better quality
Y'all go see Mississippi and the ladies..they did damn good work..I love my All American breakfast..thanks again guys..
My husband and I love coming here!!! The only Waffle House that we go to. We always get amazing service and we love seeing the employees happy and just enjoying themselves. Ashley and the gentleman with curly ginger hair always treat us amazing and make us feel like longtime friends or even family! 10/10 would recommend

Sam the manager on duty has horrible customer service, very rude. Upon entering the restaurant the Caucasian woman fixing to-go containers continue to cough into her hands and handle tupperware, no gloves, no mask. Another associate greeted me, I bought it to her attention and she asked the associate to wash her hands, which she did. Upon Arriving to my office I noticed my food was not cooked, called the location and asked could they replace the order at a future date. Sam then tells me I need to come in and return the food in order to have it replaced, huge inconvenience. I frequent this location often and have never experienced such horrible customer service. Arrived at the location, asked for Sam, he was not very welcoming at all. Debating with me how medium well the food was cooked. I asked was he able to pull up my transaction and offer a refund. He refused, relaying that he was only able to replace the order. Sam doesn’t deserve to be in a leadership role.
Came in for some breakfast since I've been living out of state and there is no waffle house where I currently live. Initially greyed by everyone and I sat at the bar up front. When I tell you that you get to hear EVERYTHING, you get to hear EVERYTHING! All the workers complaints, in-fighting, unhappiness about the job, all of it! Still, I suppose it was entertaining to a point. My waitress was a new hire named Nicole I believe so she had a really good attitude and was attentive. The food was a decent as I remember little cheese steak melt that was a little dry but otherwise decent. Got a side of 2 eggs and the plain, dry hash browns... So-so. Okay experience, ok food.
My family and I had a really nice experience at this Waffle House (Katy Freeway & Hwy 6.). We decided to go out and have "breakfast for dinner" last night, somewhere close to home & reasonably priced... The food was great-- fresh and hot, & the service was awesome, restaurant was clean, etc., etc.Our server, Dalton, was very nice, friendly & worked hard to make sure we got everything we needed and made our little "diner/night-breakfast, extra pleasant.(We normally don't comment or post much about our restaurant experiences, but, we wanted to recommend this particular place to everyone.)--Lesley & Matt
