1 star is honestly to much! I actually wanna give them -5 stars but in order to comment i had to give them something. This waffle house is utterly disgusting. They touch food without gloves right after clearing used plates from tables. The floor was so sticky my shoes got stuck to it. I waited over 30 mins just to place an order to end up being told if she took my order her and another employee would end up fighting bc of how busy they were.. I was also told by the same girl that everybody waits 30min to an hour for a to go order and that i should already know that. Horrible customer service, very ghetto and completely unprofessional.
True dinner and a show! You can always look forward to the characters that show up at Waffle House. This time it was an employee and his lover hashing it out at the front door. Then an impromptu employee meeting in the back room that saw ALL the employees leave the dining room unmanned. You just can't make this stuff up. But seriously, the food was fresh, delicious and served with a smile as usual. I love Waffle House, dinner theater at its finest!
Going to waffle House is an experience and this waffle House did not disappoint. Apparently there was an altercation before we walked in so as we were seated and we got to hear the remnants of arguments amongst the staff. After putting in our orders the staff then proceeded to argue over whose job it was to clear tables even though there was a line outside of the restaurant. I ordered was input rather quickly once we sat down however our requests for tea was joked upon for 30 minutes lol. I think we were in there a total of an hour and a half and we never received our tea instead drinking Coke zero. Had a steak omelette that was delicious and a Texas bacon cheddar melt that was also delicious. Unfortunately you can't give waffle House less than four stars because no matter what the food is the greatest artery clogging delicious food on the planet. And the entertainment the later that you go in the night is just impeccable. I love waffle House.
Tai the waiter was excellent. The rest of the staff there that night where rude and unpleasant to hear as I waited and while I ate my food. Their banter was vulger and demanding of the waiter who apparently was new to employment there. Im not sure if I want to visit again. the food was standard and I hade to wait till an entire party of 8 (who seemed to be friends of the employees) got their order before my wife and I got ours even though we got there before the party of 8 showed up entirely.
I've eat at Waffle House for so many years and it so many different states. Here for work and the first thing i looked for was Waffle House. To bad its was the worst one i've eaten at ! How can i get my hashbrowns cooked. I asked her to cook them please, scattered, burned what ever it takes. Covered and smothered.Not only wasn't it cooked but ham in it too ! The ham is hit and miss but here lately its been a little different between the restaurants.There was 5 people working there at the time and some guy in a house coat when i thought to myself "inside voice". Can someone take an order correctly and make sure it is cooked ? The waitress may not of understood or just flat out didn't care ! I ended up not eating to much. I did dig through the hash browns to eat the only cooked parts. This experience is why people call it " Awful House " I will remember this and the next Waffle House we might not be going to.
Totally shocked by the quality and service at this particular Waffle House.Amazing, it is much better than any Waffle House previously visited. Same appearance for the food much better taste. Great Service from a well staffed place.
One of the better waffles house and they were short staffed didn't bother my waitress one bit she took me order and cooked my food perfectly.
Great atmosphere. Fun and exceptional staff. My first time and will definitely be back. Made breakfast an experience to remember.
This place was packed! Even with so many customers, they had a great system of getting people seated as soon as possible.I was concerned that with so many customers, our food would be a long time coming but I was wrong. Our food came quickly and everything was cooked to order. Service was good.
im a regular here and every time i come here im blown away by the excellent service. no matter if it's empty or packed, I've always been greeted with a warm welcoming smile and the cooks are incredibly fast. waffle house always feels like home. i always make sure to leave my servers a generous tip when i come
